The location is wonderful!

Great location. Got upgraded to a better room for free; nice decor. Good breakfast

Room didn't hold its temperature - kept resetting to "Eco". At times it was 21C, even though it was set to 23-24C, so the cold got us sick.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room is spacious and the breakfast area is exceptional. Staff are very friendly as well.

Wonderful location on the edge of Old Town next to historic castle ruins.

We stayed one night at the hotel and were highly impressed by the excellent service and the modern accommodations in the new section of the building. The location is exceptionally convenient and charming, as it is situated essentially within the historic Teutonic castle in Toruń. The hotel offers very convenient, secure parking just about a 2-minute walk away. We would definitely choose this hotel for our next stay in Toruń.

Very welcoming. The hotel was facing the old castle and in a beautiful location close to the river and the old town walls. A large room . comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with facilities and a great view. Front of house staff always very helpful. Breakfast exceptional with a wide variety of choice and great coffee. Restaurant staff always trying to please with offers of freshly cooked dishes to complement an already extensive buffet. A great start to every day!

We had a family room in the new building and it was fantastic. Two rooms joined by a door so the kids could have their own bathroom, and we could close the door for a bit privacy ☺️We had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and it was excellent. The schnitzel was perfekt as well as the carbonara. Breakfast had everything you’d want ☺️Home made pancakes, perfect scrambled eggs, fresh bread and so much more! The sad thing was that we only booked one night. Had we know how great this place was we would have extended our stay in Torun one more night. Kids loved that there was a football field just 50m from the hotel ?Will definitely visit again

Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean. We loved the sauna and the gym. Breakfast was really nice and abundant.

We asked for an additional bottle of water and we were charge 15PLN for a tiny bottle

The staff was very nice and the room was very comfy and clean. We also enjoyed a lot the breakfast, where they make eggs for you (scrambled eggs or other options) fresh when you get there. I will definitely come back.

Good location and parking. Did have a small elevator to haul your luggage to room.

I loved the location of the property, especially since the parking area is close by I also enjoyed how nice the facilities were and the layout of the room, it overall felt very cozy. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I disliked the noise outside in the middle of the night. During our stay, there were teenagers outside being extremely loud and obviously drunk, but also I didn’t notify the staff about the noise, I’m sure if I did, they would’ve handled it. Overall, the bed was decent, but the pillows weren’t as full as I would like and were pretty small compared to average pillows.

Localization, staff, food, everything was very nice

The location was great

- The check-in was at 3:00 pm, we showed up at 3:26pm and the room was still not ready which we found out only after getting to the room, - Parking is an issue, - There was only one instant coffee and two teas available in a double room- which was not enough,

I loved the mix of historical charm with modern amenities. The breakfast was the best of our entire vacation! The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly! I took a sauna at the end of a rainy day and it was amazing!

The hotel is also geared for business events, so if you are looking for a smaller boutique hotel, this feels more luxury oriented for business travelers. No complaints from me!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, I was in Torun for the first time and the location is ideal.It is in the middle of the old castle, with a great view and a nearby river. You can walk to all the main tourist attractions in less than 5-10 minutes.The hotel is also very cosy. I liked the design of the building. I am used to big tower in big cities and this one was really different. You have to try it out.

Good but bad restaurant staff

The service people in the restaurant really need an attitude adjustment they look like they hate every person in the restaurant like they’re doing us a great favor by bringing us food they need to get different jobs if they don’t like what they do because it really shows. Actually it’s the same all over Poland
