B&B HOTEL Toruń

The location was very good. The staff was helpful and smiling. There was no problem to get things we needed. The access to the room was easy and I like the idea of the code instead of a key. The parking available on the spot is very useful.

The bed was very hard. Overall cleanliness level was okay. Not flawless but perfectly fine for a short stay. We expected a coffee machine as stated in the description of the room, but it was not there.

- Location- Price- Parking

- It was stuffy in the hotel room and the air conditioning wasn't working. It was hard to fall asleep- We booked two rooms, but unfortunately, the hotel placed them far apart despite our request for them to be next to each other

Nice size room. Late checkout 12pm. Thick walls .Shower works well.

Type of plastic sheet under bed sheet . As the bedsheets is thin , you wake up a bit wet due to plastic sheet .Some powder milk or uht small carton. would be nice because not everybody drinks black coffee that is provided. Overall , no complaints. Good value for money .

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, check in was very smooth..My room was well prepared and spotlessly clean and fresh.TV was present with all channels, I also liked the tea -maker

I'm happy about everything, only maybe they have to add more sugar satchets on the tea station.

Its nearby the old town. The wifi worked very well

The breakfast was a big disappointment

Really good breakfast - for every taste and stomachGreat location, close to Old Town, room is big and the bed is quite good - pillows too small though. In general clean - but I noticed dust on ventilation.Great big shower - it was really nice to use it.

No sound isolation - can hear when someone is flashing the toilet or parking door is opening or closing. Also bad ventilation - bathroom always full of moisture2 sockets far from bed - quite uncomfortableDidnt understand paying for parking - I am staying in the hotel and its normal to provide 1 parking lot for a car for free.

Location. Old town across de Avenue. Like 5 blocks. Breakfast was ok . The room was very clean

A little noice because the trams.

Quiet area close to the old town. Loved being able to darken my room.

An electric tea kettle in the room would have been nice.

The location is near bus station which spent you 5 mins of walking, and close the edge of the old town.

There no air conditioner to use due adjusting the humidity in room.

Breakfast

Noise. Unfortunately, group of young people behaved very noisy until very late. Pillows are too soft. There should be choice of firm & soft pillows & should be 4 pillows in the bed instead of 2.

Most helpful and friendly staff on our trip. Located close to Old Town. Easy connections to train and motor arena

Very close to the old town. Clean, smells nice, room was spacious, staff was helpful and very polite, overall service is excellent.

Use b b hotels wherever they are . Comfortable beds .available parking ?️.friendly personal.

Air con noisy

Good

Underground car park was full.Booking.com requests for car parking space are ignored - have to book directly with the hotel to get a space.recommended to park on the street - they never mentioned another underground car park nearbye at same price which I only discovered later on.

Good location, tasty and varied breakfasts, convenient access to the room, clean

Tiny shelves by the bed

Typical B&B Hotel. Room quite small but OK for one night.. aircon good. Parking good and not too expensive.

To be fair even if it looks quite dated the cleaning was spotless. The bed was comfy. And it's close to city center. Big shower.Nice sweets at the reception.

I guess we are too used to staying in Radisson/Hilton and similar, so this hotel looked way too dated for us.It looks like from old movies.. Anyway there was nothing really bad about it, it's a good value for such low price. So if you only have to stay for a night, to go to bed, it's enough, but if you want to stay in hotel and enjoy the stay, then find something more expensive :)

Comfortable rooms & a good location with all facilities. The breakfast was good too

Close centre Town ,very quiet ,clean but need refresh

only two coffee and two tea bags plus 2 sugar sashet this is not enough.

clean and nice room. Very good breakfast with a decent selection of options. Great location for those travelling by car. The city centre starts just across the street and there is convenient parking on site

the light in the bathroom could be stronger or better placed
