The air conditioner is not working it was a disaster. Valladolid was around 40 degrees and the room was so hot

This hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained! Highly recommended!

Hotel theme is nice and looks different.

Poor quality bed linen and old towels had holes and were very hard on the skin with very low quality toiletries. Mattress was very old and had caved with the weight of guests over the years, in need of improvements to comfort.

Great location, close to the river, ideal for running & cycling. Easy bus ride into historic town

Lovely little hotel conveniently situated near motorway. Fantastic room, very friendly and helpful staff. Only one negative, needed a non-slip mat for the bath. We are getting old and the bath was huge and slippery.

Dry easy to find on satnav, parking easy and clean rooms, slightly quirky

The hotel, was perfect, with lovely rooms spacious & very well equipped. Bathroom with a full bath was a real bonus.. Staff very friendly, especially the ladies at the bar, very helpful & friendly. Plenty of parking, nice quiet location.

The building is great and it has a restaurant/bar that work very well. Bed and bathroom were comfortable and very clean.

Finding parking late at night could be a bit challenging. The jamón ibérico plate was from a package and not cut on the spot.

Breakfast didn’t have enough variety. We were hoping for a hot breakfast but was more like a continental breakfast. It was not included in the price of the room.

It is very easy to find just off the motorway on the outskirts of Valladolid. Good value for money and pleasant staff. Cafeteria style dining and bar at reasonable prices. Free parking. Comfortable and quiet room.

Lovely location. Excellent staff in cafeteria. Food was nicely prepared. Good value for money.

Restaurant staff didn't attempt to seat me even though there were empty tables - felt totally ignored after 15mins (hence moving into the cafeteria where staff were lovely). Bed felt like a memory foam mattress and leaned to one side. Parking is limited.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We arrived late, but they were all smiles, gave lots of information and were generally very helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. It was wonderful! If we wanted something else or more, they obliged at every turn.

We booked two nights, but on our keycard, only one night was added. This made that we had to go back to the front desk (late at night) to search for someone to let us into our hotel room. Although we had to search a little bit to find someone still working the desk, they were very accomodating as well. Afterwards they told us that this sometimes happens and that we weren't the first people to have had this issue.
