Pros +
- Cool building. Saunas. Nice kitchen and breakfast area
- Hotel is nice, room was nice, quiet and friendly. Big kitchen, separate dry goods baskets for each room and several shared items/spices and what not. The laundry was a bit more than expected; however, it might have been the norm for Iceland.
- Long drive in...so great to have laundry available for a small fee and the sauna was a real treat!
Cons -
- Room smelled bad
- I did not like that I had to take my shoes off while indoors. I understand why; however, I was not aware of it and did not bring a pair of indoor only shoes/slippers. If you have sensitive feet like me, this can cause problems.
- When we arrived I had some items to go into the fridge and when i opened one of them it was awfully smelly. but the next morning i went to gather my items and the fridge had been cleaned out and was much better.
