We loved everything about this hotel and it's location. It isin a great town and has beautiful views. The staff was extremely accomodating and helpful. There is also alot to do there. They pointed us in the direction of great hiking trails.

Host is exceptionally good and friendly. When we mentioned that we are vegetarians, he prepared nice food that night for us exclusively. We even had a glimpse of northern lights that night when he alerted all guests.

This location is great for visiting the puffin colony and the hiking trails. Breakfast was good, as was the one dinner we had there. The room was clean and comfortable. We were in what looked like the newest building.

We know window screens aren't traditional there, but when we opened the windows to cool down, we let in a lot of flies.

The breakfast was good. The location to the puffin viewing area was nice, too.

The power went out, there was a hole in the wall, the mirror was missing from the room, there was no TV. Parking was full and the staff weren't super helpful in solving that problem.

Amazing location for puffins, thank you so much for the staff who checked us In as his advice on best timing to see the puffins although it was raining and we didn’t plan to visit them in the evening, his advice made us go there and we don’t regret it despite the heavy rain, thank you so much, in general super friendly team.

In a very remote area. But once you see all the puffins in a nearby colony, all the hard drive paid off.The facility is somewhat dated.

There are not that many hotels in this little town, and this was one of the few options. It is a place where you can stay overnight. The staff were nice and accommodating, which is great. And it is super close to the puffin cliff, where you can walk on the path, they are just all right there.

I would look for other alternative properties to stay next time. The room is clean, but I'm not particularly fond of the private bathroom aesthetic. This is more of a personal preference, of course, but it gives me the creeps with the lighting, arrangement, tile colors, etc. Parking can also be an issue; we got back late, and there were no parking spaces available. Eventually, one of the staff in the staff cabin saw us looking for a parking space and moved their car. Maybe it would be a better idea for the staff to park at the staff cabin in the first place. Breakfast was short on items, chaotic, tables were not cleaned in a timely fashion, and dishes just sat there. Coffee ran out a few times. Lots need to improve in this regard. You can have and accommodate lots of people, but you have to be prepared.

Very kind and accommodating staff. Breakfast was included. The place is beautiful. Right on the fjords. Getting there is not for the faint of heart, but it's beautiful. The rooms were clean. The food delicious.

Host was very flexible. We had to delay a day due to snow storm. He let us change with no problems.

There was only one pillow for each person. There was no art in the room or TV. Breakfast had limited options.

Room was very cold and took a long time to warm up. Heat was turned off and window was open when we arrived, had to wear our costs for an hour or more inside the room while it warmed up. Breakfast room is very noisy.

The wooden construction had 10 rooms in a row. Our room was spacious, well decorated and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was very tasty and of good quality. We are sorry that we did not eat in the restaurant as the menu looked delicious. Location is next to the puffin.
