The hotel is in a beautiful location next to the reservoir. Staff well are very friendly and welcoming. Professional and friendly service in the restaurant and very good food

Minor point - the hotel had recently reopened and there was a lot of noisy work going on in the gardens. Made sitting on the balcony a less pleasant experience

Great view of the lake, lovely location. We had an amazing junior suite with a lake view. The breakfast was great. We had two dinners which were both very nice. The massages were excellent.

The pillows were like bricks.

I think it may be the time of year but we were a little disappointed with menu choices. Have eaten here before always been fine but felt menu was limited .

Beautiful shared spaces and surroundings. Very comfy bed. Good bathroom with bidet. Breakfast and food in general excellent.

The room was hot - tried opening window or putting on AC but still an issue. Shower head small.

Lovely hotel. Very well thought out, great design with beautiful furnishings. Our bedroom over looking the lake and pool was very nice. Good sized bathroom and Nespresso maker but we were also given a kettle on request. The pool is a lovely area and it’s a good size too, very relaxing with Sun loungers. We also enjoyed a private session in the relaxing spa area. We didnt have breakfast but we had a lovely lunch on the terrace and 2 delicious dinners. A beautiful, varied menu with lots of choice to suit everyone. Staff were very helpful and friendly at all times.

Not a great deal to do in the surrounding area but not necessary if you just want to chill and relax. The hotel has everything you need.

the property was quite a challenge to get to. the hotel offers a hotel pick up service at extra cost, otherwise, it’ll be a taxi which is also expensive

During our stay there was a kind of ongoing mariage-factory. Nothing sagainst mariages also in this hotel, but locating dinners in front of the terace where your hotel clients are supposed to enjoy their dinner is unacceptable. Loud music ,chaotic running of children,people looking for toilets walking everywhere..... Unbelievable.We spoke to the management,but his view was that mariages are good business (accepted). offered us to go out for dinner in another group hotel nereby, but at our own costs. Not a single compensation for 5 nights weddings from 11 nights stay...Yes, When you come next time I offer you a good price.... I leave my card for you. Result: no card,nothing...A real pity for such a nice hotel,staff and waiters.

Breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere.The gardens are exceptional as were the facilities.Staff were so lovely.

I liked that we were welcomed back as return guests. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. THe restaurant is inside/outside and very attractive. The breakfast buffet was fulsome and individually cooked hot dishes. We also ate in the restaurant most nights as the food is gourmet. The wines are local, excellent and moderately priced. The bedroom has an updated ensuite bathroom with even bath and bidet and balcony with wonderful view.

Everything was perfect

The staff were extremely friendly and kind always there to help. The pool was always crystal clear, although a little nippy in September. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all fabulous.

Excellent place to stay. It does literally have everything - comfort, elegance, nice facilities, quiet and clean.The staff members are very nice and helpful and the restaurant offers high quality food.The breakfast they offer was of the highest quality.Overall, it is a perfect place to stay for a few days up to a week. More than that, there is not too much to do in the area, apart from a walk around the area, if it is not too hot.

The spa prices are much higher than average. The restaurant and bar area, could do better with some variety of entertainment.

AC in the rooms too noisy. Service food in the swimming pool. The pour food comes in plastic boxes.

It is a peaceful retreat , clean and relaxing .staff are really nice .

3 night stay ,Only problem was when we got to the room , the balcony view was blocked with overgrown bushes that needed cutting back .we asked to be moved ,but had to pay 60 euros extra .we just wanted the same type of room but with the same veiw they called it a upgrade all they had to do was cut them

The second night at the restaurant was much improved on the Tuesday night. Massages and facials were amazing. Quietness of the place and pool area was very much appreciated. All staff were very happy to help, except fist night at restaurant.

Service at our first evening at the restaurant, we never saw our server again after we gave our orders for entrees, main meals at 8h15pm.we had to asked others. Waiting when others were being served before us.
