Breakfast closed earlier then 11am and tables were always prepared and reserved for lunch despite the whole room was mostly overcrowded.

It is like all-inclusive hotel in Egypt. Everything is in the hotel.

all-inclusive for valuable price means mass-market, not bad, but not the best. Around is a reacher hotel and it is completely different level. However, you will pay 3x price for it comparent with Arka

It is very close to the sea. Massages were good.

The food was awful. (Dirty serving tables, ridiculous choices of food, waffles for breakfast hard as a stone etc), the shower was leaking badly, the toilet seat in the room didn’t match the original dimensions, the balcony door was difficult to shut (you could feel the draft), and its crowded with people.

The hotel could use a bit of touch up. The carpet in the hall on our floor could use a bit of care.

At the reception, I could get by with English, however, the staff mainly communicates in German or Polish. Even the signs around the hotel are in only those two languages.

Facilities are great.Tennis, climbing, sauna , plenty of pool options for outdoors and indoors, good food options.

We went during the peak season and everything just felt very very crowded. There were queues for everything and the reception staff wouldn't encourage any special requests, because there are just so many people. The facilities were great but somehow, nothing felt special due to the fact that it was crowded. The place is huge and I think there were easily over a thousand apartments in the campus. The breakfast and meals were the worst part, there were literally hundreds of people ahead of us in the queue. The food was good, but you had to queue up each time you needed something from the buffet :(

Breakfast food was excellent, but...

Breakfast room was too far away from our room. there are 2 connected breakfast rooms catering for guests in four buildings. Too many people to be fed and not enough staff. Breakfast was not a relaxing experience. Certainly not a 4 star hotel experience.We were recommended this hotel, but we were disappointed. It is situated very close to the beach, fine, but it seemed a very impersonal hotel, far too big to suit us. Obviously it's a personal opinion. There are lots of facilties which we didn't use like the spa, gym,pool,etc.

Good location. The friendly staffs at the hotel restaurants.

The family room we got is really old . Inside the room is clean but the old carpet is really smelly. The air conditioner doesn't work on the hot days during our stay. The hotel is too big but the facilities likes swimming pools, restaurants are not big enough for the number of guests. We have to wait quite long to get the table for breakfast. The breakfast buffet are variety but poor quality foods.

Fantastic large facilities (pools, jacuzzi, saunas, etc) and expansive common grounds. Good restaurants and cafes and bars. Friendly staff. The only problem is that rooms are outdated and in need of renovation/updating.

This is the worst hotel ever

There was no air conditioning and I had to move to different hotelTowels and sheets were like 20 years old

All at one spot, easy to get to the beach, pool, entertainment, sports, spa all in the hotel. Good kids service too. Clean rooms, restaurant staff very patient, staff at lobby helpful.

Walls were not to thick, neighbours could be heard at night.

Swimming pools, SPA, nice selection of dishes. We expected to have a room with additional coach for kid, but in a room we had additional bed, huge balcony. Really nice pizza in the bar. A lot of events, led show, cinema, kids room where kids do a lot of funny stuff. And the sea side is amazing, highly recommend

Pretty old hotel, something can be broken. Personal in a week of stay only once took garbage from the room and only after we asked, despite on the "Please clean" label.
