Beautiful, modern, 1-bedroom apartment with a large balcony. Just steps from the beach - very convenient! Daily cleaning service impeccable! Mr. Jacek was always there to assist us with whatever we needed!

great breakfast, plenty of choice. Best cakes ever. Reception staff was amazing. Comfortable bed. Spa area is nice and clean. Saunas and solanka room is lovely. Also, handy man and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bar area was very boring :( service was also very slow. The music was too calm and I nearly fall asleep :) also waiting for the waiter ......He was polite but couldn't handle few customers :((. I wished it was more fun going there, big downer in my opinion. i could see on other guest faces same reaction. I wanted to stay for few drinks but it was a pain so had to leave. Ukrainian male staff member "ratownik" in Spa area couldn't force a smile or a joke. Not friendly or inviting. Spa area can be often overcrowded.
Very professional and helpful staff, room clean and spacious, facilities maintained well. The only thing is that the swimming pool was for the most of the time occupied by kids splashing around which didn't leave much space for other to swim. Perhaps the adult only time should be extended slightly. Beside this tiny thing everything was great. The breakfast gave exceptionally plenty choices. And we got a little room upgrade on arrival!
