dirty carpet, stinking smell in the room, toilet from the communist era, fungus in the corners of the shower, problem with opening the windows. no electric plug to use a phone charger, lighting not working. bathrooms without ventilation, parking on another street. I do not recommend the place to anyone.

I think the biggest advantage of this hotel is a very good cuisine. Everything was tasty, plenty to chose from. The food like just at home. Helpful and polite personnel, mainly in the restaurant. Private parking on site. Very close to the beach but also in a walking distance to the downtown of Kołobrzeg.
I think that rooms require some renovation. The locks on the doors were blocking. The biggest problem is observed in bathrooms. It was clean but looked dirty because of poor condition.
An older hotel (spa house) for mostly older clients, but everything was perfectly clean, the food was very good and very nice personell. Hotel is located near the beautiful sand beach and promenade. The surrounding offers many restaurants, bars and shops. We will return for sure next year.
Unfortunetely if you dont have any basic knowledge of polish or german language, the communication with the personell could be little bit difficult. But for us it wasnt a problem :-)
