It’s located along the long promenade and the beach and bicycle road. 35-40 min to the center. Lot’s of cafes on the way.

Nice modern rooms, very clean and well maintained hotel. There is a good gym and a swimming pool with saunas. Good breakfast and a dinner. But unfortunately it’s not possible to switch dinner to lunch, since no lunch served as a buffet, but we wanted to have a dinner on the promenad, where they have a fresh fish served.

Room was very comfortable with really stylish interiors . Very pleasant staff. Free carpark on the site. Loved the fact that allergens list was presented by every food item at the breakfast bar - huge bonus for allergy sufferers and fish was separated from the rest of the food as it should be.

Could be some milk alternatives added for breakfast, as could not see any, like lacto free or some others, - as it is standard these days everywhere.

Kid's playground (outside & inside).

Broken sofa, broken balcony tiles, dirty carpets, dirty shower (mold), the eating area was crowded all the time.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The meal service (breakfasts and dinners) was fantastic. The location is amazing with many opportunities - beaches, cycling, and the city center. Overall, a great experience. A really kid-friendly hotel.

I would appreciate it if the staff spoke better English (I can always speak Czech, and for basic things it is sufficient). However, if you want to engage in polite small talk with the waiters or ask something more advanced, it is mostly not possible.

Friendly staff and very tasty breakfast with various fresh fruits. Comfortable swimming pool for adults and kids. Possibility of renting bicycles.

Location was definitely a great advantage. Very spacious apartment- delux variant in Resort part.

Very small pool - you cannot call it a swimming pool. Poor ventilation in very long and dark halls and close to spa and sauna zones. Very huge hotel which makes it difficult to relax.

Location is perfect, wellness is amazing big and plenty to choose from. Beds very comfortable. Big room. With nice balcony.

The breakfast options were quite limited. Fresh prepared omelets or waffles /crepes would be nice to have because pre prepared are not tasty. Prosecco could be already included in the breakfast without additional pay. 100%orangr juice served during breakfast is not 100% :/. Also organises for the weekend party influenced how one could get from their room to any facilities and this kind of challenge should be cimponsated somehow to clients.

To sleep on the couch was very uncomfortable. The staff in the Arte restaurant is unfriendly.

I liked the breakfast it was good.

I didn't like the very long check-in and with a lot of confusion, the rooms are not what is expected in the photos, they are small and old-fashioned, the sauna is mixed and people take off their underwear, preventing me from going with my wife and children to there. Unfriendly and very unpleasant employee. I do not recommend this hotel is a nightmare.

We really liked our accommodation. We stayed with our 2 kids. We had a living room and a nice bedroom. It was very spacious.

The breakfast area was very busy. I wished there were more tables outside.

Staff with a poor English,not acceptable in 2022 in a 5 stars hotel...i was struggling to communicate with the majority of the staff. Many times I was calling reception and did not get an answer,so I had to walk at the lobby from fifth floor.
