FACTORY RESORT wellness & spa

Lovely, clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom, good shower, tasty breakfast, and a very pleasant pool & sauna included in the price! I slept well here and also enjoyed some treatments. The location is very convenient for the beach, local park, and the train station. Staff I interacted with were always nice.

My room was facing a street and I could hear the noise of passing cars. A la carte pizza at the hotel restaurant was disappointing, not quite done.

Great modern very clean hotel, very good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and saunas. Kids liked the indoor playground and ping pong. Very comfortable beds. Small refrigerate in the room.

One life guard was very strict and did not let kids to play with the ball in the swimming pool. Expensive parking. There was music in the sauna which was very nice but one and the same song was played for two days ;)

Overall great resort, very new, modern and clean. Photos represent it by 100% and you can find a lot of 360 photos on google maps. Works great for families with children and with pets. All amenities were in perfect condition - great spa, beautiful pool (only 120cm deep, but it was big enough - given that it was end of season so not a lot of people). Reach and tasty breakfast. Pool has adults-only hours in the evening, spa is for adults only all the time. Playroom for children is OK but don't expect too much. Beautiful beach close to the hotel.

Parking spaces are limited, make sure to book in advance. Garage parking could be tight for long vehicles. Pool and spa would probably be overcrowded during high season, especially during bad weather. It's also very noisy near the pool. Room is great, but additional sofa is not very convenient. We've noticed spoiled products (leftovers from previous days) were used in some salads, so be aware. But other food was great.

Great staff, very good buffet for breakfast and dinner. Overall had a great time and the sauna was very cool too! Not too many kids visit in the school times so we had a very quiet time.

Nothing to complain, we even extended our stay! The dinner buffet was a little early but I suppose its easier for staff and cooks with coordination

one of the best hotel we stay in kolobrzeg, staff was very friendly and also many can speak english so it was easy for us to comunicate. Mariia and Michal from bar top class service. love to stay in this hotel again . took 2 session of massage, Angela ( not sure about name ) im bad with names, sorry for that , was professional therapist if anyone stay that hotel please i recommand her.there was 2 ladies in serving area one with short hair and one other one. i forgot the names, they take care of everything everytime we was at resturant, felt like home. hope so see you all guys soon or next year. thanks chef for the indian dish you made for us.

It was clean and new. The food was pretty good. The sauna was OK. But not spectacular.

Some of the hours of the spa or not terrific. They were not within my trips needs.

The breakfast was good.

There were no chairs in our room to sit on. While we hung the sleep card, the staff knocked on the door and asked what you wanted. It was the worst. The waiters quickly collected the dishes and cups from the table while we were still at the table without asking. I think the staff at Factory Resort have no waitressing training.

+ the children's playroom was very nice, new and well equipped+ the fitness room right next to the children's playroom - for those who can afford to leave their children unattended, they can run to the gym while the children are playing+ swimming pool, sauna area, water articles for adults and children+ food ordered a la carte from the hotel restaurant+ you reach the beach quickly, 5 minutes walk+ the waffe area, pancakes, these were very good

- I made a reservation for a parking space outside, because I did not know the height of the entrance to the underground garage, and our car does not fit in all underground garages. I confirmed 2 times with them (once by email and once in the chat from the Booking application, when I arrived at the hotel, apart from the fact that we had nowhere to park nearby, in order to register at the reception, we were also with 2 small children, we had to leave the car with hazard lights turned on in order to check in and then one of the ladies at the reception told us that there are no more places in the parking lot outside the hotel (after we went out for a walk to the parking lot and back), but there’s place in the underground and we have to pay some extra money... I refused, telling them that it's not ok, since I had a reservation made 2 weeks before. In the end they pointed us to a parking lot approx. 400m from the hotel, also for a fee, of course- There were 2 ladies at the reception, the one who spoke some English and who helped us with parking and another lady, the manager of the other lady, who not only didn't speak English at all, but told her colleague that I specifically mentioned that I wanted underground parking (it was exactly the other way around) and she had a very defiant attitude and not customer-oriented at all.- Arriving in the room, I found a dead cockroach on the floor, otherwise the room seemed clean- At breakfast, all the boiled eggs were uncooked - we couldn't even take the shell off, because the white and yolk started to flow - I tested 5 eggs, I waited for them to refill the bowl with eggs, but they were the same. I tried to talk to 2 waitresses, who didn't understand English at all and one of them told me "normal", that is how a boiled egg should be...

Factory Resort surpassed our expectations. It is a new and comfortable hotel not far from touristic spots and the beach. Paid parking was possible in the streets next to the hotel. Bed, shower and towels all very good.The breakfast was the best during our travels in Poland. Really worth the money.

There is absolutely nothing.

Wonderful, modern spa hotel with great facilities, professional and kind staff, and an exuberant and delicious breakfast buffet.

Spacious, cozy, bright rooms. Clean, tidy.

I was very surprised that no one spoke English. Even an administrator, a spa employee. Even the menu is not in English.

Was good. just a few tips as you are a new hotel.silly metal bar across top of shower to hold vertical glass up is towards the middle. not closer to the door. so if you are over two metres tall it is in your way when showering toilet seats are cheap plastic. not the nicest feeling.a bit of construction in area of yours and neighbor hotels. unavoidable. seems they are always ongoing with construction in this part of town.but they didn't start till after 8am.so was OK.pillows. need more pillows. Was a under pillowed
