My son like so much swiming in pool he is 2.5 years old but doees'nt want to stop

Acording to hotel as 5* but your pool really too small..

The location, the friendly staff, the design, the overall quality and the Café on the 6th floor with delicious cakes and drinks overviewing the ocean even on a rainy day a real perk- all so beautiful and adding to a perfect stay no matter the weather. Great choice at breakfast too (Egg-station, waffles and pancakes too) We will be back!!!

Pool and wellness area a bit on the small side.

I ended with my car glass broken in the Parking of the hotel. I am not sure if the hotel checked what happened after we left! I was traveling with my wife and two kids.

everything was perfect in this hotel and met 100 pct our expectation the food in the breakfast and dinner was very tasty with everyday different variety of food prepared with good care the staff in the hotel were very friendly. the best employee we consider Reynaldo who works in the dinner restaurant who was extremely friendly and proffessional. it needs to be mentioned the way he treated the hotel guests was amazing the spa and swimming pool very clean and excellent areas we would visit the hotel again and we very much recommend

The location of the hotel is perfect right beside the beach. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked the breakfast spread it had quite a few options including live omelette, waffle and fresh juice bar

The pool and spa area was pretty small and crowded.

The view from the room is beautiful. On the 6h floor there is a nice cafe where you can have some drinks and enjoy the sunset. The location is great as its right next to the beach. Overall it was a really nice stay.

The breakfast is average and there's so many people that you end up sitting with randoms for brekkie. The room is pretty nice but the bathroom is a little outdated. As a girl, the hairdryer in the bathroom is horrible- bring your own if you come here.

The jacuzzi provided a soothing escape, while the sauna and steam room offered a detoxifying experience. The cold showers and ice room were a refreshing contrast, effectively invigorating the senses. Finally, the relaxation areas offered a tranquil space to unwind, rounding out an extensive list of facilities designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

Location, room size and comfort

Too many guests during the summer time, often had to wait long for elevators and breakfast was quite crowded

Property is in an excellent location. Close to promenade and the beach. The room was bright and clean. The buffet had plentiful options.

Cocktail bar/lounge in lobby had limited options and lacked ambiance. For a 5 star hotel this area simply was below other standard 5 star hotels.

There wasn’t any parking available. Breakfast room too small to host so many people (very crowded). Ambiance not what you would expect of a 5-star hotel of this price level. Disappointing experience.

The carpet is looking terrible after several years. The furniture is damaged. The cleaning is not 5 star standard! Unfriendliness has a name: Katarizyna from the lobby. Unfortunately the first impression…

The location and the view

Location, staff were friendly, have plenty of things to do in the hotel.Bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Spa treatment was boring, it’s the same as the other free facilities but private.Very unnecessary since the public facilities are almost always empty.Hair dryer needs to be updated with a new one.Breakfast was OK I wish there were different menu each day because it got boring at one point.

slick. special. nice staff. easy to find. gorgeous location. excellent spa and nice gym. great food. all staff comfortable in English, German and Polish language. restaurants and pier nearby. quiet room. loved the Saturday night DJ and dancing too!

Close distance to the boardwalk and the beach

Some of the amenities are extra charged e.g., but not limited to: parking, bowling, bikes…

The hotel is in a really great location. Those who have the classic claim to a 5* hotel will certainly be disappointed. It is a well kept hotel for a family with children. If you go to breakfast in time, you also have your quiet place in the morning. Good breakfast in bright and friendly rooms. If you need a parking space, it would have to be reserved in advance at the hotel. Directly opposite the hotel there is a guarded parking lot, which is 15 zloty per day cheaper than in the hotel itself.

Currently, the promenade is being redesigned with great effort. However, the nuisance caused by construction noise is quite bearable. A technical problem (air conditioning could not be used) took 3 days to fix. Surely there was a weekend in between, but for a 5* hotel a timely repair would be more the expectation.

Location. Rooms were clean but showing signs of wear and tear. Room staff were courteous.

Lack of coffee shop on ground floor. Male staff at the reception off hand and not very helpful.

Awful food , very cheap ingredients. We got a room just over the main entrance at 1 st floor , very noisy, No view .

Great cafe and Restaurant in the hotel. Excellent SPA.

In room was very loud due to a half-broken A/C and not tightly closed window(not regulated). Reception didn't do anything to fix that. Shabby walls and time-worn furniture are not what you expect from a Deluxe room
