Room was large

Bedding standards - inadequate. 90/200cm x 2 mattresses moved alongside equals a single (full) bed. Sheets-similar story. I am only 5’9”. Parking rules: Leave your car and don’t move it. Otherwise you will pay extra for parking-hourly.

Good location, breakfast

No parking, no shampoo, no body wash.

Bed was comfortable and many channels on the tv.Staff was very friendly, helpful. Staff is doing 100% great job there!

Dirty and old facilities. and expensive.Definitely not worth its price which was way too high. Ketchup on the staircase in building B was there for 4 days.Glass on the balcony balustrade dirty.Advice: get a loan, reconstruct it, renew and refurbish it and lover prices for 40%.Many old Germans. Food every day the same. Everyday.And not tasty.

Lobby

Seems a bit outdated and needs general maintenance - sofas in the lobby are stained, same for lamp covers in my room. There are only small packets of shampoo and little soap for a place, that is proudly advertising as a spa resort.

Breakfast is everrage, everyday same foods.Nothing special

Out door swimming pool very poor No wifi available in the room.I need to asked several times for the room cleaning.The TV often no signal. But, not so bad.

The location is perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is a decent hotel, well priced for what it offers, however not much has changed in the last 35 years - I used to go there every summer when I was a child, but back then it was a luxurious hotel. These times are gone but I feel very sentimental about this hotel ☺️Nice breakfast, everything was fresh and tasty, the restaurant was very busy and everything was refilled quickly.The outdoor parking is great, but the place not guaranteed as it is a very busy hotel. However it seemed that it would not be that difficult to find a parking outside / in the street.

The hairdryer is the same one that there was 35 years ago. I wish there was more toiletries in the bathroom, not just a bar soap. I don’t understand why the outside parking is managed by an external company, it might be difficult to park, although we were lucky and managed - 50zl per day. The outside swimming pool and gardens - are exactly the same like I remember them when I was a kid - would benefit from an upgrade ?

THE SECURITY GUARD ON DUTY, A LONG HAIR GUY (braided hair) was so rude, we were hard up to park our car, because PARKING AREA IS VERY DARK! he then noticed, that we stayed so long to park our car, he approached us RUDELY!Secondly, furnitures were dusty, the shower holder is loosened,POOR TV Connection.Lastly, during breakfast, my fiance dont feel comfortable to eat in the kitchen, so i asks the crew,if i can pack for him. She agreed. But lately,my fiance come to accompany me,and when he asks to pack for himself,the Guy on duty asks him to pay more 35pln. WAS IT RIGHTEOUS?

Good location. Mediocre hotel with good price for one night only. Really, not much to say about good things.

The hotel has best times already past. Poore breakfast with not many choices e.g. hot stuff - just fried eggs or sausages. No personel to ask for different options. Room clean but visible it's from previous era of '90s. Bathroom - no shower, just inconvenient bath.

Cleanness A few very friendly staff

No heating, no ventilation in the bathroom. Heavy problems for elderly people to enter the bath tube, no holding facility, and there is no separate shower, you can not avoid to climb into the tube. In the room: curtains could not be closed completely. Very narrow size of the double bed (1,40 m). Organizational deficiencies: Question at the sauna, where to get towels for the sauna? At the reception! At the reception: no, at the sauna! There: no, at the reception!

Good location, close to the sea and promenade,there is a swimming pool in the building so it’s a good place for winter break too. Generally I recommend this hotel.

The wall are thin. You can hear when another people talks loud at the night.

Nobody clean the room, breakfast poor and less of food at one hour before the end if braekfast

An Old and Dirty Hotel

Rooms are dirty, toilet smells, sheets are dirty.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Swimming pool was nice but a bit too much chlorine for my liking

The room is nice and breakfast is too.

The pool is too small for this hotel. When leaving, they wanted to remove an additional fee, it is not clear for what, I offered them to pay by credit card, they refused and said only 22 PLN or 8 euro in cash.

Not parking space for us :(No small shelf in a shower to put the soap

The hotel is a 2 star hotel. My family and I liked o ly b’fast at the hotel.

We stayed in the new “4star”part. The rooms are very basic, no water, no mini fridge, no coffeemaker, no glasses, no dressing gown, no slippers, small not comfy beds and loud aircon. Extremely smelly carpets in the corridors in the 1st old part of the hotel, which is on the way to the new part. The old part looks like it has not been changed since 80’s. Super tiny, dirty outdoor swimming pool. The worst part is that they ONLY clean rooms every 4th night! Unbelievable! I have never come across a policy like that. Our room was not cleaned for 3 nights!!! For this price we paid it is not worth it!!! I do NOT recommend this hotel!!!

The rooms were so pretty. It had a very comfortable bed. Very clean and well kept. And it was so close to the center of Kołobrzeg. The staff was so pleasant.

absolutely terrible room acoustics, in the room even footsteps from corridors could be heard, very cold room, radiator not warm, no heating in bathroom, breakfast area too small for amount of people dinning, outside in front of the room from 7am heavy construction works very noisy
