Pros +
- The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent.
- We had a very good time. The receptionists speak English, Polish and German, which is very impressive. The Rooms were clean and spacious and the amenities such as the bar or the Restaurant next to the Hotel were great. The breakfast was very diverse and of good quality. The only thing they could do better is the bread at the breakfast.
- Great service, very good hotel, great location, ladies at the reception - very friendly, very helpful. I will be back for sure.
Cons -
- I found strange to pay extra for parking while being hotel guest. Also we didn’t appreciate extremely low pressure of the shower.
- The staff was very impolite, didn’t react to any complains. There are 2 different types of rooms, the vey old rooms and new part of the hotel with the new rooms. In the old part the water was cold, room very small, first after intervention from booking .com got offered to change to the new room.. where everything was fine
