Hotel Aquarius SPA

The Rooms and the breakfast was superb. The staff was friendly and helped us as well as they could, despite their english being limited.

The spa facility was a bit small. And there were more kids/families than i had anticipated. Some areas were closed as well, like the saunas and the outdoor poolside bar. My guess is that it was closed during low season.Great place for families, but not so much for couples. We really enjoyed the stay nonetheless.

The check-in took extreme long. Only one person available. Very unexpected.

Breakfast was really good, you can choose from variety of option. Spa was not so crowded which was good, you can have a extra towel and rooms were really good, clean. This is the 3rd visit at the same hotel for us (and a small kid). Also variety things to entertain you kid, including salt water aquarium with of course "Nemo" in it :)

Good place near beach, great count of services. Nice warm water on spa including outside yacoozi. Nice underground parking.

Weak wifi on room, weak mobile provider signal. Town Is a mix of really old comunism flats And a few modern buildings. But it Is not problem od thé hotel

Breakfast was great, no lactose-free milk, however. Spa and pool area were great, as well as all food offered. Kids play room was nice.

The main bed was comfortable. We ordered a 3rd bed, which was extremely hard. Had to lay all our covers on it to make is possible to sleep on. The hot water extremely weak and hard to adjust in the shower. Have to wait for a minute to get hot water running. Why? Maybe because our room was next to the elevator, but we could hear loud voices in the middle of the night from the corridor and woke up at 6 from kids screaming. Seems like 5 star hotel should have these things covered.

The rooms are big and clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Any of our request was fulfilled in minutes. If we needed help with a doctor or have asked them for safety plug-ins. The service was outstanding and the breakfast fantastic.

The coffee in the main restaurant needs improvement

Missing the wow-factor of a 5 star hotel. More an aqua land for families with small children than a typical spa hotel. Very expensive massage and wellness treatments. Have the feeling of having overpaid a 2 night stay.

Quiet and big room, tasty food (it should be more vegan and gluten-free options though), amazing gym

* the location and close to the sea* the personal was very kind and friendly* the swimming pools were nice with warm water, and water things (balls, swim board, swim rings)* there is very nice playroom next to the bar and also outside playground, which is also very nice and my kid enjoyed it a lot* The food was delicious (may be it would be better if there are few more vegetarian meals) * the breakfast was very tasty with a big choices of things* We would like to come back there and we definitely recommend it for other people! :)
