Having stayed here a few times before the change of owners some things have improved but many haven’t We had a delux room but the AC is on the wall you have to get up to control it .You can only go as low as 20 degrees but ours only went to 23.6 and was far too hot !! We asked for it to be fixed but never changed .let people choose their own temperature.!We asked for more milk for the room to be told it’s only 1 sachet per person per day ?? Who has decided that a guest can only have 1 coffee ?? I explained the coffee is strong anyway and you need 2 milk per cup but obviously someone has decided that’s how I have to drink it so we wasn’t allowed any ?? Not acceptable !Reception staff very poor English and not very helpful ,3 staff on but a queue as only one serving .I asked to buy a water for my journey as we were leaving but told “there isn’t any “How can a hotel not have water ? Decking around pool needs replacing old and worn Rude bar staff .This is a Ramada not a travel lodge!

Very friendly lovely decor , still needs some updating ie the sunbathing areas sun lounges and decking but on the whole excellent value for money had a great time

My last room was comfortable and clean. The location is central and close to the port.

When it rains, the hotelLooses power and there is no ac and emergency lights are turned on in your room

Pleasant one night stay with lovely view overlooking the town and sea.Secure parking.Excellent bedding and towels.

Bed rather Small and very steep hill into town and the beach.

The hotel was nice and the view was lovely. It is on top of a cliff over looking the lower town so you would have to drive to the beach. The pool area looked nice but the pool is rather small so could be crowded during the high season. There was nothing shampoo and conditioner in the shower which is a first after four weeks in Spain.

On each level there were a few stairs between the lift and the actual floor level. Could be tricky for those travelling with heavy luggage

People were nice, view was nice

The sunbeds were missing from the pool area; we asked for them, but they weren’t provided—pictures showed they existed. We stayed on the fourth floor, and the wind blew through the windows—the noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep.

Everything was very good except the A/C did not work. We arrived late. Saving grace was that the night was cool and we were able to cool room with outside air until we went to sleep.

Was very quiet but that’s the time of the year, was no waitress services outside

Have stayed at this hotel frequently in past 17 years. I'm happy with the room upgrades since it became Ramada.

No food available until restaurant opens 8pm. There used to be bar snacks such as pizzas available. Exterior needs repair and repair. Looks terrible. Lack of free car parking..

The staff were great.The rooms were lovelyBut the pillows were like sleeping on bricks

The breakfast was coldThe restaurant was shocking, had to wait 2 hours for the starters, the mains were not what we orderedThe bedrooms where too hot and the Aircon was set to heat so couldn't cool it dowm

The hotel spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

A member of staff on the evening Reception was extremely aggressive in his manner with our party.There were 12 in our party and obviously we were a little loud with our talking. The guy came over and said to us if we didn't be quieter he would call the police. We thought this was not called for. We are not a bunch of thugs. We are all mature people who had spent a lot of money in the afternoon and evening. I would recommend this member of staff has some training on how to talk to people. Other than that, we love your hotel. This was our 3rd visit, and we had recommended it to the group of people we were there with.

Location for us is ok however, it's a 15 min walk to town and uphill most of the way back so beware. Nice bathroom, very comfortable king size bed.

Breakfast was just average; bacon,eggs,beans & tomatoes. No mushrooms, sausages, hash browns or other hot items as available at other hotels of this standard. Other minor quibbles: coffee in the room is great(for Spain!) no milk provided though!No English speaking tv channels.
