The staff  were all amazing!

Dinner buffet was limited

It's not our first time at his hotel. We return because it's comfortable and the location suits us. It has large rooms, and the TV entertainment suits most nationalities. The pool area is lovely and well maintained. As always check-in was fast and efficient with Isabel, and equally so on check-out with Carla. Thanks ladies. The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping was rapid when we requested more pillows. Thanks to you too!

This time the breakfast routine was a bit off. Our first breakfast was at one of the restaurants. The choice was good, the staff was working hard. On our 2nd the usual breakfast room was open and the restaurant. We were directed to the breakfast restaurant we've always used. However there was not much as a hot choice of food only eggs, scrambled and fried. The eggs looked a little sad. We opted for toast and cheese. When I spoke with a waiter, he advised me that breakfast was to be ordered. This should have been informed to us when we registered on entry. It was an expensive breakfast for cheese and toast. I had to move around the room to find plates , cups and glasses. We found the live entertainment was not to our liking on this occasion and there was no area to dance if it was.

We visited out of season so our review must be read as such. Really quiet, not much going on in the surrounding area unless you like golf, I don't.

Remote, you need a car. We wouldn't return to the hotel.

Hotel is ideally situated for playing golf at Bonalba Golf course. The rooms are basic but clean. There are also a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The buffet breakfast is good. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows.

Staff were wonderful and the live music in the evening was superb. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Comfy bed. We left feeling well rested and relaxed.

The room and buffet restaurant decor were a little tired. The spa a bit disappointing with only 2 jets. Saying that, considering the cost it was very good value for money both the stay and the spa.

I appreciated the spacious room and the friendly, welcoming staff during my stay.

The room had an unpleasant sewage smell. Additionally, the walls were very thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast room felt quite chaotic and the coffee tasted terrible. Hotel is far from the beach.

Room decor was tired no extractor in bathroom asked for a kettle in our room that was free but throwaway cups tea coffee milk etc 3 euros per day no plug socket at the tea making area so had to plug kettle in at bedside table then carry hot kettle across the room. Buffet breakfast good selection of food but the hot food was always cold fried eggs sitting solidified when asked for fresh eggs did supply them but still come out cold? No security at the hotel rugby boy fighting and noisy out side our room and along the corridor rang reception they told me no security but would send the boys coach up to them after a bit of shouting at around midnight it then went quiet The hotel seems to accommodate sports people but forgot to keep holiday makers happy I was offered a free massage but this would have not solved the problems we experienced

The place is big and relaxing.

The changing facilities in the spa are right next to the Urinals and only room for 2 people to get dressed at one time.

Swimming is closed in January, which is a big disappointment. A couple of years we have stayed in tenerrife, but hotel had access to Swimming pool. Atleast they should mentioned while booking that Swimming pool will be closes from so and on.

Lovely staff especially reception

Cold breakfast awful dinner no buffet just set menu whichbi hadn't been informed about no sleep for 2 nights my husband left the hotel after 3 hours! Paid fortune to stay in left after 2 nights no TV reported it 6 times 100 young men in 1st night 90 Irish rugby young men the 2nd night till 4 am missed the breakfast 3 times due to lack of sleep hotel freezing has to wear my coat for dinner

The facilities and the swimming pool are very good. Excellent staff and easy check in and check out.

The walls in the room are like paper, you can hear everything from the room next to yours.Breakfast could be improved to align it to the overall quality of the hotel.

The place was super comfortable and looked very pretty and clean. Breakfast very complete with plenty of options.

The spa pool could be warmer, in line with what one would expect from it.

Food was cold.The outdoor pool was closed. For the season. So we asked him if we could use the indoor pool.And they yes for €10 a day for a 50mins swim. I siad we were all-inclusive.

We travel with a bicycle and were forced to pay 20€ for parking our 2 bikes. This is an absolute ridiculous amount. NEVER ever we had to pay anywhere to store our bicycles.Receptionists not friendly at the reception. The GYM is a joke 80% of apparels are not working. In the restaurant customer friendlyness is below Zero. From the wine list none were available. They don't even bother to inform you about that, they just bring anything ! At breakfast, no decent cups available, coffee machine not filled in time.

Location was convenient for where we needed to be.

Very Spartan and no room facilities at all. They have taken eco too far and the lights were off and didn’t come on in time when you walked into a different area. People will trip and fall. Dining:bar facilities were very poor.
