Wonderful stay with friendly staff, clean and thoughtfully designed rooms, a projector in my room made my experience extra relaxing. As an electric car owner I really appreciated charging stations right in the parking lot.

SPA IS QUITE GOOD, BUT THERE IS 5 STEPS EXPIRIENCE WHERE YOU GO FROM HOT SAUNA TO HAMAM AND TO COLD SHOWERS , WHAT I WOULD ADVISE THEM IS TO SWITCH PLACES, AFTER HOT SAUNA, TAKE PEOPLE TO COLD SHOWERS FIRST AND THAT HAMAMM, BECAUSE AFTER SAUNA, HAMMAM IS VERY HARD FOR YOU BODY, AND THAN AFTER SHOWERS ITS GET COLD AND YOU WISH SOMETHING HOT AGAIN

Chema was great in assisting and friendly.The property had a lovely view and private. Facilities worked smoothly and the sound system was a great touch to the villa

Amazing stay. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a special night away. The views are excellent from every corner and the bed is very comfortable. Staff made an effort to make it a great stay as well. Easy to reach by car and parking is well organized next to the reception. Walk down to the lake and around the lake is worth a hike as well.

Everything was great

For breakfast it was a little bit pricey especially since my husband and I do not eat pork or ham for religious reasons, there were no real breakfast options for us. Also in the room it was either freezing cold or boiling hot very hard to get in between.

It was a wonderful experience, hotel is located in a beautiful location and the views from the rooms and terrace are stunning. Great place to relax and disconnect. Staff is very nice and friendly they took great care of us, thank you :) Can't wait to be back again!

First of all we want to say that the team and the service was just perfect. We felt very welcome at the hotel. The view and the whole atmosphere is just beautiful. Also we enjoyed our meals at your restaurant a lot even though our second dinner wasn’t as perfect as the first one.

we booked the 5 element experience in the spa which was a disappointment. The two saunas were too cold and the floating was very dirty and full of strangers hair and the rollershutter didn’t work so we didn’t get the experience in the dark. All in all the 5 element is overpriced because the spa itself is just not in the best condition.. broken mirrows, silicon works are damaged in every room which was also present in our room number 18 which looked a bit used. Also the light in our room always went on and off on its own even though the roomcard was put in the wright way.

Property had a great view from the bed, very comfortable and different experience. Restaurant food was incredible flavoursome dishes with a twist. Pool is amazing and the spa experience is great.

Breakfast was overrated and priced in my opinion, it’s a full you up breakfast which is great but expected more for 26€ per person. Condition of the rooms was poor but was rectified by the manager during the stay.

The property is lovely. The views are amazing. I like that the rooms are detached making it quiet and private. The staff is a 10+ Especially the guys at the pool restaurant.

The rooms are pretty basic. There isn’t a door for the shower area. No facial tissues. While there are slippers provided there aren’t robes. Something I would expect at the price point.

Loved the room simplicity at it best, romantic secluded just luxury.

Not many food options around the area.

Great location for Getaway from noise and hustle.Everything was comfortable, clean, and well organized. Personnel working in the facility was kind and helpful.High end service!

Be aware of mosquitos in the area.Repellent is a must while outdoors.

Location,tranquility & value for money

From start to finish we had the best time. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, great food, amazing views and location. We got upgraded to the villa suite with private pool, oh my god it was stunning. The staff also helped my partner plan his proposal and we got engaged there. The most special place. Cannot recommend it enough.

This place is unreal. We will definitely be coming back! The food in the restaurant was stunning and reasonably priced. The facilities were great, they had thought of everything. The Netflix and projector set up in the room was a great touch. The breakfast tray was incredible, and perfect for lazing in bed enjoying the views
