Staff was amazing, we had some minor issues that were quickly tackled.

Be aware that the price you pay may not include the indoor pool access and personally I thought the extra price asked when at the hotel was too high (15€/person).

The hotel is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was kind. Seems like a nice place to go in summer since it has a pool and nice open spaces.

For a hotel with just a few rooms and not many guests during our stay and not much to do inside the hotel, it seems a bit unfair to pay so much to use the indoor pool.

I often had issues with soft beds, causing back pain. The beds here we're perfect. Its been a long time since I slept so well! And the personal was very helpful.

The location is rural. This could also be a +.

Very surprisingly No coffee or tea making facilities in any of the rooms , especially in the villas And No iron !! Local vocal dogs!!!! Beyond the hotels control I know and sadly not able to swim in the outside pool but still had an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was nice, staff were excellent.

Room was tired and spa was a bit small. Location wasn't the prettiest. Overpriced.

The jacuzzi in the spa room is amazing. The place is perfectly decorated, beautiful, modern. And surrounded by wine, I really like the swimming pool and the dining room.

Very friendly, helpful staff, all had a good sense of humour when dealing with tourists who can speak very little Portuguese. Beautiful modern design, high ceilings. Location away from the more hectic places in the Douro valley.

Open design and modern finishes result in little sound dampening.

Carpents in the rooms were not clean.During breakfast many tables were full of used dishes and leftovers, whilst the staff were unresponsive and chatting with eachother in the corner.

Very modern and nice facilities (villa, both external and internal swimming pool, common area), attention from the hotel staff, proximity to the Douro region

Room was very comfortable. SPA is very nice and water temperature was perfect!Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly!

It's not a 10 because of the breakfast buffet that could have more to offer.Coffee and Tea facilities in the room are missing.
