Beautiful location, 100 m from the river. Right in nature.Small, nice outdoor pool and a great room, spacious and with all the facilities, facing the woods with a huge window, providing lots of light. Great location to wind down. 10 min drive to the 514 Arouca suspension bridge.

Point to consider, no on-site restaurant or canteen, the nearest restaurants are 30 minutes away. Delivery is offered by the hotel but is very limited. Plan dinner/lunch (buy products on the way or travel to Arouca).The kitchen in the room is well equipped, and breakfast served in the room is generous.

Great place at a very remote location. It's a bit hidden but loved the place. Really friendly host and personnel. The "house" was clean and very modern with everything you need. Very nice breakfast as well. Keep on doing a great job! :)

Nice, quiet setting with river sounds nearby. Once the door was opened, the bird songs were very relaxing. Breakfast was delivered to our door.

It's not an easy place to find and the roads are a bit challenging. The bathroom was small. The bed was against the wall which forced you to climb on the bed from the end. The electric and heavy curtains had to be pushed up against the wall by hand to be tied up to prevent them from sliding down because of the angled roof. The price was high for what it offered.

The rooms and location were beautiful. It was convenient that they offered dinner and breakfast given the countryside location.

It took a while to find the hotel check in area, and to get dinner brought to our room.

A bit far from any bigger village

Wonderful place, located on a mountain with amazing nature. Very secluded and private place with great facilities. The houses are beautifully designed and offer an ideal place for rest and recharge. Very friendly staff. Dialogues between nature and architecture are present throughout the region.

Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful houses and surroundings and good food options that you can order directly to your house.

Some of the guests were too loud and were constantly jumping on the pool, causing disturbance in the quiet mood this place provides.

Great location but make people aware of the challenging journey. Because of the site's remoteness, it might be worth having a small shop on-site selling basic provisions. Also, provide visitors with a simple map of hiking trails.

For those seeking a more "natural" experience, the nearby Paiva river is just a short five-minute walk away and offers an excellent spot for a swim.While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, they do offer a convenient "home delivery" service, allowing guests to order typical Portuguese cuisine dishes from a nearby restaurant and have them delivered right to their doorsteps.The breakfast served at the hotel is a delightful representation of Portuguese cuisine, featuring sweet pastries, yogurt, cheese & ham, as well as bread, coffee, and tea. Personally, I found it to be tasty and delicious.

The only slight "drawback," if it can be called one, is the access to the hotel. It is advisable to have a car or arrange transportation. The narrow mountain road leading to the hotel has occasional steep inclines that unexperinced drivers might have difficulties managing.However, this should not deter you from experiencing a wonderful time at Syntony Hotels - Paradinha Village!
