Lack of staff/front desk for any support

Lovely apartments. Good facilities like laundry room. Even a bakery / coffeeshop on the ground floor. The apartment is new and well equipped. One area is nice with supermarkets etc.

The walk to the metro Ramalde is filled with homeless people and it was very uncomfortable to walk in this area. Especially at night though it was safe considering locals were not bothered by it.A lot of flies enter the room if you open the balcony so we kept it shut most of the time.

Everything was soo perfect. I spent 3 months at Noma and it was home away from home. Everything was so amazing and super comfortable and the best limon brioche was down at the cafe. The property, location, and especially the clean and comfy. Caio and the staff were all polite, kind, friendly and exceptional. This place felt like home. I will be back again next year and will ONLY stay here. This is my 2nd home base now and i shed a few tears before leaving!. Thank you to ALL.

I would hope the cleaning staff would be more consistent with their cleaning duties. Sometimes the sheets were juat changed. Sometimes the bathroom wasnt cleaned Sometimes the stove wasn't cleaned, sometimes the toilet paper wasnt refilled.. But sometimes everything was sparkling. Tho the crew was attentive and accommodating the level of consistency could be better for the future.

Clean with all the essentials for a short stay in Porto, close to the airport. Has a small restaurant, friendly staff, good Brazilian music all the time ?

Super modern and clean

No front desk makes it hard to check-in and get answers.

So beautiful! Felt luxury. Was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was surprised how quiet it was once you shut the patio door. I loved my balcony. I was tempted to spend all day in the apartment! Had to book another night :)

Needs a trashcan. And maybe a broom.

everything was so nice and clean!! and the apartment itself is so pretty. we booked apartments so ww had two rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms. we really liked our stay

the wifi wasn’t the best. also be aware that it’s not a city centre but the taxi is cheap (we booked so that it won’t be so far from the ocean)

Location and safety

Internet was very bad, apartment internal doors have no keys for the rooms and bathrooms, neighbors upstairs was very noise look like someone was jumping.

I loved the stay in the apartment it was clean and beautiful.

There was noise coming through the thin wall. There was also a huge TV, but I couldn’t access YouTube, which was upsetting.

I arrived quite late and the sofa bed was not set up, no linen on the sofa-bed, so at midnight I had to start setting up everything. As number of guests is prior confirmed, the minimum I would expect is that beds are properly made for all guests. Also the room set up can be improved so that the space is better used, example: 4 guests and only 3 chairs for the dining table, sofa in the middle of the room taking all walking space when opening it….

Very safe area with a security guard in the lobby in the evening. The food at the cafe in the lobby area was very good.

No furniture on the balcony. No seating/desk in the room. No refrigerator or kitchen area/dishes/utensils.

Building, self checkin, cleaness

Location, small room, no drinking water, no hairdryer...

Very calm neighborhood, with a nice pingo doce supermarket nearby. Rooms are very comfortable.

Not very close the center, can reach the residence with the metro Ramalde, but I preferred to take a taxi ( wich cost only 8 euros)

The room is large and clean. AC works fine. But: no table in the room??? No kettle? You can't get hot water if you have a room without a kitchenette. Why? Also you have to enter a code 4 times to enter your room.

Modern building, nice apartment. Parking on the street nearby.

I would not recommend booking this place if you do not have a car. Though we knew it was far from the center, we did not realize how far it was in public transport (30-50 minute bus ride depending on traffic, and the bus availability during evening - night hours is not great). Also, the area leading to the bus stop is unpleasant. Parking in the building is paid (but there is free street parking)There is no mini fridge in the room or a closet. I would expect it to be a bit bigger and include more facilities considering it is far from restaurants etc.

Furnishing, decor elegant, exceptionally clean and new. Onsite lobby has cafe and fresh pastries, meals cooked to order.

Was hoping that the room service would refill coffee capsules and a water bottle

Apartment was so amazing with all amneties included. When we asked for extra towel they brought as almost immidately. Location is not that good, little far from Remelde (Metro) but still accepteble. I would rate 9/10

Everything was super amazing, except they didnt have any outdoor table and chairs on the balcony, that would be so satisfying.

Newer building with great accommodations, the apartments were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Instructions given for arrival and access were spot on and we did not encounter any issues accessing the building or apartment. Apartments were also very quiet and bed was firm but comfortable.

Location was a far from downtown so you need to take metro or Uber.

Had to put in a code 4 times before getting into the room
