The studio apartment is very comfortable, clean and modern. The location is good, and the neighborhood is quite. You can access the building, elevators, and studio with a passcode which makes it very practical.

Very convenient location. Clean and tidy. Keyless entry.

It's Czech, come on, could leave at least couple of beers in the fridge as a welcome gift :)Too much communication - we received like 8 emails+sms + Booking.com messages that caused even more emails - all of them about the same. Single communication channel would be enough.Electronic check in process at the property website didn't allow to enter parents emails/phones for kids, annoying.

Clean good location

Security problem. Sent link to site to pay even though was paid then tried to bill me via email for parking. Problems: don't have car so no parking, already one fraud attempt to get credit card info and others paid bills at kiosk so suspicious. Secretary doesn't answer phone, no staff. Also they do not provide WiFi password on printout at kiosk or on well. Had to ask maid so could log in and get needed information. Need Internet access to get Internet access. No staff besides maids. Checkout online tried to steal card number

Clean and practical

Some material and furnishings are on the cheap side. My room was under the roof and had sloped ceilings. It was not comfortable to walk there, and it is not shown in the photos at all.

Spacious apartments

No staff to be found. All the electronic keypads were very difficult to navigate and operate. We were locked out of our rooms and couldn’t get back in. Calling resulted in no one answering. Cleaning staff let us into our rooms to collect luggage. For a facility that was quite expensive to book, the absolute absence of any staff, difficult location to find, extremely difficult and frustrating keypads at every door to navigate, I was embarrassed to accommodate my group at the Morris Residence.

Problems to get in the building, not enough explanation on booking.com about how to get in. Self service check in was fine, but took too long. The lock on the door was not locking the door, so when we came back from restaurant our room door was unlocked the whole time. Room is spacious, very modern and comfortable. The couch where our 3rd person should sleep was not prepared. Overall it was a good stay.

It was kind of awkward finding out where the entrance to this massive building was, and the no-staff-check in was also kind of awkward, but the room was very comfortable, massive space, big bathroom, equipped kitchen, everything we could wish for.The lights of the kitchendevices were kind of bright, trying to fall asleep.

Excellent property and rooms, really liked the interiors.

Was bit difficult to find address for me (new comers), no sign borads, but was easy to connect over call to property to sort out.

It quite place.

The virtual assistant was very rude person.I had a problem with checking in. So I called for assistance. Instead of helping me the woman was telling me . She can't help me anyhow . And if I can not do it. I CAN ASK FOR A REFUND AND GO TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL. Also she hung up the phone 3 times. I asked her a manger phone number.only then she said let me re send activation code. It took less than a minute to fix the problem.

The hotel was nice and well placed. No personal service since it is a digitally serviced hotel. Checking in worked well, the room was spacey, clean and nice.

Somebode broke in to our room and stole stuff which seems somewhat peculiar since you need two pin codes to do that. The hotel should have cameras since there are no personnell but no info about the burglary was to be found. Seems odd in my mind.

Property was good, clean and well maintained

There is no help for check in and out. No help in case of emergency. Cleaning is done for a fee or nothing will be done.

Clean and modern appartment

Too much administration for one night, to complicated processes, too many emails and notifications. I was lost with all these pins and emails.

Very large and warm apartment, modernly furnished, but without a separate bedroom. I can't comment on the location, as we were only passing through the city for an overnight stay... The bathroom is huge, with two separate sinks, while the room is very uncomfortable for 4 guests, because the sofa is a pull-out and very uncomfortable for sleeping... To use the kitchen, you have to pay extra, as we read when registering online, but we didn't need it (we were only spending the night and left the apartment early in the morning).

The bathroom and hallways were large, compared to the room...the floor was not very clean and the sofa bed was not prepared for the other 2 guests, even though there were 4 adults checked in. After 5pm, check-in is through an inner courtyard, which is difficult to find and for people arriving late like us it is very annoying...complicated system with codes, elevators and hallways until you reach the apartment number...

The flat is comfortable, spacious, nice-looking and quiet. Beds are comfy. The decorations are minimalistic which is great when you have a toddler running around.

It wasn't clean under furniture, the kettle was very old and slow. There is well equipped kitchen, but dishes for cooking are only available at an extra fee (twice as expensive as parking!). A high chair would be helpful.

It was ok

I got lost at the beginning till i found the side apartment which was booked for me i needed to carry the heavy luggage from the parking then carrying on the stairs to reach to the second elevator. I was unlucky to have this apartment other than this the apartment is just ok.

When I brought the parking charge to the hotel's attention, I was met with indifference, and they refused to adjust the bill, which felt completely unfair and dishonest.Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown. Poor service, misleading advertising, and unfair charges—definitely not recommended. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere!

Very nice decorated

Bath was dirty with other guet hair. We rent an apartment with kitchen but there were no pots and pans in it. When asking the owner they hang up on me

Very spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds.
