Love the location , short walk to the beach, super clean and staff was so nice

Great location, comfortable room with good terrace. Good facilities including tennis court, pool and easy beach access.

Understaffed - dinner service was very slow, ran out of plates during breakfast and when I asked for some, the waitress gave me an eye roll. Housekeeping in the hotel was also limited. Constant issues with getting keys to open hotel door. For the price per night, did not feel like good value.

Everything can be done on the premises (food, entertainment, bike rentals, beach, pool, decor, service, supermarket...)

It was confortable. The people were so nice. Only thing is that I booked the place thinking it had a restaurant and a pool and they didn’t because of the season. They should point that out in their announcement because if not it’s like selling something that they don’t have. Apart from that, everything in the room was nice. About the food of the menu, I thought it would be fresh food but everything is precooked.

Very nice staff. Nice pools with good temperature. Very friendly waiters in restaurant. Room with a lot of space and bench for the luggage.

The smell in the hallway and our bathroom was very bad. We did not complain about it because we liked the rest but we hope the problem with the sewage system can be solved to make the price worthy.

Excellent facilities, pool area beautifully clean, nice food in the snack bar, bike rental available on site and a good size bedroom with patio area.

The bedroom bathroom smelled incredibly bad, on arrival the toilet seat was broken, the sink plug and the mirror and following a complaint made by us only the toilet seat was fixed. However the smell from the drains in our bedroom corridor was very unpleasant during the entire time we spent there.

Great hotel. Very new and good facilities. Some lovely and helpful members of staff and a really miserable woman who ran the breakfast. She could turn milk sour by looking at it. Very unfriendly considering this is a holiday hotel

a great location, with great staff.we wanted for nothing... it was all here - from a beach 5 minutes walk away, to a wonderful swimming pool and a nearby brocante to die for...

There are two comments I would like to make1. The shop is not well stocked for a camping shop. There was little choice of food and no fresh meat2. The restaurant staff did their upmost to serve everyone and were positive but there was not enough of them. Our food turned up before our drinks. This is not a criticism of the staff but the lack of staff

Lovely room ours was v spacious. Great food in the evenings well cooked and staff incredibly helpful throughout our stay .

Nowhere when booking was there any reference to sharing facilities with the large camp site in situ. Facilities shown on web site didn’t exist any longer around the pool or the table tennis as advertised. Our room backed onto over spill car park tennis court that was used as a football pitch late eve along with bouncy castle & volley ball the noise home 11pm every night was horrendous screaming & shouting . We had to have our patio doors open as the A/C wasn’t working albeit was reported. What I found insulting that there were signs asking campers to be quiet & respectful after 10pm , the pool closed at 8pm to allow diners peace & quiet yet we were expected to put up night after night with these loud noises . I had paid for my room in advance why was the hotel not respectful or considerate towards us? 2 days my families room not made up or serviced . Coffee machines in breakfast room the whole week until last day had either no milk or at times no coffee! Various food items ran out at breakfast and often not replenished. I never saw tables cleaned & wiped between clients the whole week either in breakfast room or restaurant.

The pool was beautiful and also the rooms were a good size as was the terrace.

The shop wasn't very well stocked. No fruit or veg at all and no chilled food and no bread.

Spacious studio apartment, very comfortable bed. Swimming pool complex good. Evening food at restaurant was tasty. Showed Euro24 football on big screen (for all) and Wimbledon tennis final (for just two of us on request). Young staff were very friendly.

Some basic maintenance issues need fixing. Poorly functioning toilet flush (not resolved despite two visits by site mechanic), patio door got stuck, TV didn’t work (batteries in remote defunct, Reception didn’t have spares, maintenance person left - didn’t fit! - two new batteries but still nothing). Non-functioning wi-if (even staff had problems). No initial willingness by manager to open gate to pool for my disabled wife - he reluctantly agreed only after I questioned their access arrangements.

Our duplex accommodation was great as was the pool..

The lack of communication from the hotel regarding the closure of the restaurant & bar. Considering how remote the place was the restaurant & bar needed to accommodate the guests staying at the resort. This it failed at miserably. Barely open and provided the same menu for lunch & dinner which was very odd or just lazy!

Room and terrace were a good size and comfortable although WiFi poor. Easy access and good parking.

Facilities out of season were reasonably. Restaurant choice and service was ok. Bike hire from Brenda “even with language difficulties” was superb she made it fun nothing was a problem.

Spacious room , very clean, large comfy bed and a patio to sit outside . The hotel staff were really helpful . This hotel is part of a bigger complex with self catering chalets & camping . About a 10 minute walk to the beach .

The pool area is being refurbished and not ready for use ..lots of work going on around that area.We used the restaurant for our evening meal and were really disappointed, the waiter was helpful but the food was not good. It felt like it had all been reheated , previously cooked ? so very dry , fish overcooked & the potatoes were raw inside. We did complain and apologies were given & our aperitif was free .

Stayed here previously and had a really pleasant stay so decided to return. However was very disappointed on our return visit. Bar and restaurant were closed all week due to a block booking, leaving the paying guests with nowhere to eat or drink. Even more annoying no-one had even bothered to tell us. Spoke to staff who didn't really seem to care, manager didn't even bother to address our complaint or apologise ... still awaiting a reply from the hotel to my written complaint. Bad customer service ... shame on you! Won't be returning.....

Arrived with good faith and paid well in advance 7 months so booking was an old booking, at no point did anyone contact us to say there would be no restaurant or bar, even when we arrived said it Would be open. The front staff did Not care or return our email we gave them a chance to communicate with us. We had to chase cleaning of our room and left rubbish behind, the bathroom smelt Of drains, the pool filters where disgusting, very bad management of staff and checking overall and housekeeping check on cleaning not good standard zero points for customer services. Would not recommend and will not return.

When viewing the property in the app, it give you no indication that what you're getting is rooms in the middle of a camp site. I thought that I had booked a very nice exclusive hotel experience, not a French version of hi de hi.....Our room was very basic, things included (according to the booking app), bath robes,---er,no. Coffee making machine, er...no. Mini Bar...er... well you get the picture.We had a kettle and some sachets of coffee, but no milk, when we asked for milk we were told that none was available!?The condition of the room was poor.
