The Golf course was nice, the hotel exterior could use some up keep, the overall complex is outdated and not well taken care off.

Supposedly there was a shuttle from the airport and that is an absolute lie, when I asked they said they haven¿t offer that for the past 3 years, the taxi from the airport to hotel is $35 ¿¿to go downtown the taxi cost is $45. Very disappointed ¿¿

Very suitable for visiting the aircraft museum or MEET by the car. The room exceeded expectations, as a two-room suite with a view of the garden, was very bright and clean. The hotel has paid and free parking, a restaurant. The hotel is undergoing reconstruction, so our room was updated. The design is very natural. The entrance to the restaurant was moved, but this does not cause inconvenience. Fast internet, free drinks in the minibar.

The rating for booking was underestimated without reason.

Property was overrated lack of facilities the pool wasn’t in use and wasn’t informed on booking also in the restaurant they served raw chicken which had to be sent back to be cooked with not an apology and they stole the deposit which I was told it takes 24 hours to get returned 10 days later still no deposit back and they don’t even reply when asked where my deposit is

Was not aware that the swimming pool which is really the most enjoyable pool is Toulouse is not in use since last October.

Close to Airport, Quiet, Scenic, Serene location unlike other Airport Hotels. Loved the spectacular Sunset walks on the Golf course.Stayed on 2nd Floor (one above Ground-Floor) in Room #133, in a spacious Corner-Suite with Kitchenette that had small stove, microwave, dishwasher and mini-fridge. Great for small families. The bedding (along with sofa-beds), and bath were clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping service was decent; replenished NUXE toiletries as needed. The restaurant’s outdoor patio overlooking the large lap-size Pool was very relaxing.Breakfast-Buffet (inclusive of the room-rate) started at 6:30 AM, and was plentiful with Eggs, bacon, potatoes, (sausage only couple days in a week), yogurt, fruits, juices, and varieties of breads. Dinner-meals were decent as well.Excellent Lobby Lounge to grab a drink and watch sports on TV. Staff were efficient and helpful.No bottled water in the room, but there’s Detox Water to drink in paper-cups during business hours in the lobby.

Room didn’t have the direct Golf-course view as requested when reserved.The room had a musky smell due to the old carpets, hence had to keep windows open for fresh air.The bathroom shower-tub didn’t have a curtain and the glass-guard wasn’t big enough to stop water from leaking out.Scrambled eggs at breakfast were too runny for my liking.Wish they had airport shuttle, but using Uber was the easiest and fastest from this hotel.

I liked the reception staff, especially the lady with black hair i forgot her name she was very friendly, very helpful with information and she is very patient always with a smile when working with people.

The breakfast was only limited to pork, I didn't eat pork i ate same bread with same cheese everyday even after letting the start aware o my allergies.

The front desk reception was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and kind. I booked the wrong dates ? however she found us an apartment for no extra for that evening. The apartment was comfy for our family of 5.

The rooms of the hotel needs some TLC. A lick of paint will make them look fresh and clean.

restaurant - food good quality, buffet concept OK but ordering of drinks very tedious , coffee machines were not functioning and had to look for someone to come and see to it, clearing of dirty crockery also very tardy - would prefer option of sit down dinner instead of buffet. Would also have been nice to be able to eat breakfast on the terrace instead of inside. No staff at the bar for drinks in the late afternoon - had to go and look for someone to serve us

The member of staff who checked me in was from the Dominican Republic and he was great. Friendly, helpful etc. It's a shame that none of his colleagues were like him, they are letting him down. The swimming pool was lovely.

The staff (other than the guy mentioned above) were uncommunicative and cold. The restaurant was not a proper restaurant, but a buffet and the food was terrible, I mean literally inedible. The breakfast was pretty much the same and there was a lady member of staff in attendance who ignored everyone and just scowled at people.

Location was perfect for our requirements.

the carpets in the hallway… a few years old and quite fresh looking… in the bedrooms? from the 90’s at best and clearly needing replacing. The place feels odd overall, typical Accord chain, squeezing the investments to keep up with the competition by doing just the bare minimum for first cosmetic things… eg, on the front, the T from Hotel most likely was replaced with… a red letter. Personally, I really don’t mind and, I noticed it because the branding of this Hotel chain is not red, but pink. it just feels a little cheap from the front door. branding is branding. And the list or the such examples is endless…

The location is very nice at the golf course. Recommend to pick a room with a view of the golf course. Good parking facilities for free at the premises. A nice little pool was available too.

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Some rooms are more modern than others.

I really liked the comfort of the hotel. It is located close to the airport and a bit far from the center of the city so it is perfect for getaways.
