Location was good, very nice hotel and the restaurant was excellent...food delicious!

The bedding, sheets, pillowcases and cover were made out of a material that is hard on skin.

Was a budget friendly place with some good ski runs. People are unhelpful and not friendly

Rather small rooms

The staff were very helpful, suggesting and accommodating a schedule change because of a big local event that I was unaware of. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent. The room was spacious.

There was an odd smell in the bathroom, which was right next to the bed. Maybe something wafting up from the kitchen below? It was quite distracting.

Location, staff, room, parking all very good. Restaurant very good. Would stay again.

Nothing to dislike

Bed was too soft and sagged in the middle.Room was hot and had to open the window but the noise from the adjacent river was very loud

Centre of town next to the river. Off road parking. Riverside terrace. I had 2 window balconies with mountain view. Restaurant was good. Good shower. Lift from car park level -2 to all levels(level 1 reception) Well run with experienced pleasant staff.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower good.

Breakfast wasn't very good, not much choice. The woman serving breakfast was surly and appeared disinterested in us.

Lovely view of river and mountains, we did not have breakfast. Interesting way into the car park but felt very safe once in.

Room quite small but fine for one night

Easy to find and park, very comfortable bed, good breakfast and wonderful location in the town centre but with views of the mountains.

Didn't get the welcome we were expecting.

Great value for money riverside hotel in the centre of town, excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff with free parking.

Rooms were great but some were small. Dedicated bike lockers and a repair station for all your cycling needs. Good food.

Parking is difficult to access as you need to drive though the outdoor seating area to access it.

Really poor bathroom. So small and not very clean. Bedding was awful. Room very hot and no air con or fan.

Food was nice in the restaurant.

Bed sheets were covered in black hairs on arrival. Pillows were disgusting .....old, yellow & stained. Bed linen was old & didn't feel clean. Bed sheets & quilt cover made out of seersucker which was uncomfortable & left an imprint on your skin.Lift was only big enough for 1 person without any bags. Had to remove mops, buckets & trash bags left in lift b4 being able to use it. WEATHER was 38 degree's - no air conditioning & no electric fans are kept on the property either. Hot water ran out quickly.

The location was good and the breakfast was fine. The staff were excellent.

Need to have basic cotton sheets, especially when it was so hot. There was no air conditioning which I didn’t necessarily expect but there should at least have been floor fans. It was very difficult to get to sleep with the scratchy sheets and no fans.

Thé place was dirtyThe owner was not helpful at all Actually this place act as a bar and a restaurant and all the smells from down stairs are in the rooms There are no air conditioning in the rooms Minimal basic equipment in the room When we talked to the owner , he did not care at all - what was matter for him that we shall pay in advance BEFORE we can go to the rooms even for the petit dégénéré .This is a bed reputation for Booking.com to put this “hotel” in your advertisement Because of the attitude of the owner we also published our comments in Facebook & instagram so not one even think of choosing such a place

The view! And location was superb with parking.

Could do with a little updating of the bathroom but did not distract from the amazing location and view

Our stay was wonderful. The room was super comfortable and the staff were wonderful. Very friendly family run establishment. The location could not have been better...easy to walk around town and on the road to explore. Safe bike parking as well. Hope to return for another visit soon
