    Pros +

    • We enjoyed this very charming hotel with friendly staff. We loved the view from our window (mountains!) and the area downstairs where we could make our own tea and play board games.
    • Great hikers accommodation in a characterful old building. Very central, close to shops and attractions. Dining area where you could self cater for breakfast (kettle, fridge, washing up done for you). Manager spoke English. Great value.
    • Great location, comfortable bed, easy check in with the reception of the next door hotel.

    Cons -

    • The communal area downstairs with plates, kettle and microwave is a lovely idea - however it is slightly spoilt by the fact that there is no clear place to wash the plates and mugs after you have used them or fill the kettle . If a neat washing up area was set up, it would make the communal space much more welcoming and hygenic.
    • The bedroom shower can be improved.
    • more life in the town

The breakfast was nice, however the limitation on some items don't make sense!

The bedroom shower can be improved.

My husband and son stayed at this property. The location is great. It is centrally located and is across the street from a good pizza place. There is ample parking nearby. The building is secure and clean. A continental breakfast is offered at a related hotel just down the street from the property.

I would describe the facility as a 1960s era ski lodge. The accommodations were basic, but were what we expected and needed for this trip, although it would have been nice to have air conditioning. Also, make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo as they are not provided.

Great location with Templar Church just across the street, nice and clean room, very good breakfast and most importantly they really go an extra mile to help their guests.

Nothing to say, everything was great.

Beautiful village, hotel, and montagn perfect for family or friends trip to montagne paradis ??

To many foods come from frozen food factories... Looks like only breads and pizzas. are still handmade, others just out from freezer ?

As a base for exploring the Pyrenees, this place is perfect. It's in the center of town, easy to find and there are several parking lots close by. The staff speaks English, so it was easy for this American to get around. They also have a nice breakfast option. Finally, there are many restaurants and bakeries nearby, so it's easy to get things.

    beds are hard.

Good location in old center near the Templar church. Our room had a good view of the mountains and village rooftops.

Room 10 was not as pictured - it was at the very top with no balcony (51 steps) and very cramped for 3 adults and 3 suitcases. Towels were dried to a crisp and rough. Fan helped a bit as the rooms face the direct sun and will be unbearably hot during the day.

The town is a lovely place to walk round. The hotel is small with associated small rooms. Entrance on the ground floor is also available for us as a communal area for chatting / relaxing.

Location is an expensive place to stay and eat out. We ended up using a local market and taking our food / drink back to the communal area. This is not a criticism of the hotel.
