A rather hostile and po faced reception upon arrival and we had to wait a while even though it was obvious that the room was ready. Karma evolved when a coach load of Poles arrived and the receptionist had to deal with all of them alone. Could have been a friendlier encounter.

Good location, parking space available. Staff very responsive. The room is spacious, everything you need for a stay is available. Breakfast is very good.

Our room, a superior twin, was very well equipped, comfortable, excellent shower facilities and the view onto the square was really lovely.Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very concerned to make sure that my sister had gluten-free bread.Everything was extremely clean.

Staff were really friendly and we were able to check in early. Room was big and comfortable. Location is good - there are lots of things nearby, including the town’s weekly farmer’s market.

Breakfast was fairly basic. Overall, the hotel does the job but don’t expect any frills or flourishes.

The way from the elevator to the room involved some stairs. Having a large suitcase with us, it wasn't exactly our idea of fun.

In the so-called old town, over the river from the main train station, I had a pleasant one-night stay here. The reception staff were friendly, the room was large and the free wireless internet worked fine. Breakfast starts at 07.00 and offers a fairly decent selection of hot and cold buffet food. I wasn't staying as a tourist, so I can't recommend it from this point of view, although it is right next to the huge castle. You can get very close on one of the buses that stops directly outside the train station. All of the buses appear to accept credit cards, which is really useful if you don't have any cash.

No complaints, but do be careful upstairs as the floor is uneven and has little steps all over the place. Also, the lift only has three walls, so again be careful.

Perfect location, helpful desk staff, clean and comfortable, good breakfast, excellent value.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in the middle of the city. The Front Desk helped us to put our bikes into their safe room. Everything was very uncomplicated.

Location in city centre is very convenient. Highly appreciatte the room standard, which exceeds the official 3 start level. Breakfast was excellent, including the cofee quilaity, which is not a case of many "high rated" hotels.

For the price unbeatable. 4 persons room was really big, and most important: clean. Exactly what you can expect from a 3* hotel

Good location, clean rooms and long time for breakfast. staff were nice.

Beds were very uncomfortable, rooms were very warm, minibar even though there had just one water bottle.
