When you arrive late to the hotel, there is no room service and no vending machines to buy snacks or even water.With no heating in the room ( it was broken and to be fixed on Monday) there are no extra blankets so the night and morning was unpleasant to stay in the room.

i have been in Gdansk old town several times with different hotels.i was satisfied with the location and the price was affordable. I prefer to have canal + channels in the room .The breakfast was good also.But all together it was very good.

Our room was loud since two bars are below the building. I would not recommend rooms 101-105 if you prefer a good night's sleep.No minibar. The windows cannot be opened for safety/air conditioning reasons.

The hotel was clean and very well located. Although early check-in wasn’t possible, there was a convenient luggage storage option. The location was excellent and felt safe — the city is small, so everything is within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and there was a water refill station in the corridor, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also good and sufficient.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Lots of options with a very attentive staff.We had a comfortable corner room with a great view.

The room was comfy- but, due for a rehab. The woodwork was dinged up a bit and there were stains on the carpeting. We weren't able to check in early (totally understandable) and we missed lunch at the restaurant- so, we ate at the bar. The food was good - but, we had to hunt down the waItress/bartender repeatedly. Luckily, the evening staff was great.

Perfectly situated in the city center. Plenty of restaurants and markets. Everything is walking distance. Staff were very attentive & kind. Breakfast enough to get you started for the day.

I had a spacious room with a view of the old street. Loved it.

Lack of slippers and bathrobes. Also, it’s a maze.

There was no view. The room was first floor and faced the street so we only had the curtains closed. A bit crowded in the breakfast area and at certain times there were trays missing

The Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious and had a lovely view of one of the charming streets of Gdansk. Breakfast was wonderful and varied over the week of our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had thoughtful details like coat hooks by the door. I would highly recommend this hotel to others wanting to visit Gdansk. The location was great for exploring the old town and not too far of a walk to the train station.

The location is excellent, near Mariacki Church. The room was very quiet, even during the church bells ringing and when workers carried metal items across the stone ground.It was a special stay with my mom, and we were given the best possible room, which was spacious enough for both of us.We loved the clean, fresh bed linen and soft, large towels. There were shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in dispensers with a lovely scent, but the body lotion dispenser wasn't working.The breakfast was great, with a changing selection each day. We stayed for two nights, and the hot dishes were different on both mornings. There were omelets, grilled mushrooms and vegetables, sausages, triangle-shaped potato pancakes, and even oatmeal! Plus, a variety of vegetables, cheeses, breads, fruits, and cakes. I also noticed colorful plastic plates and cups for kids, which was a cute touch.I appreciated the free water available in the corridor, the gym, and the iron and ironing board in the room!

The only downside was the extra charge of 20 PLN per hour if you want to check in earlier than 3:00 PM. Also, our room wasn't ready at 12:30 PM when we arrived.The printer in the working space doesn’t support Wi-Fi for printing documents directly.Finally, I would have liked more hooks in the bathroom to hang my clothes.
