Location and exceptional staff.

The shower stall is not slanted enough resulting peron to stand in the water and the water spilling into the bathroom. The pool was excellent but the water standing on the floor in the change room.

Skip this one. Staff is rude, food is unsafe, did not enjoy my stay.

Rude staff. Terrible massage. Impossible to get room cleaned during stay. Housekeeping entered room morning of checkout without knocking. Restaurant made me very sick.No mini bar.No drinking water in room.Elevator broken.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The pool was warm. It was a great stay

The only remarks I have are about uncomfortable pillows plus the mattress cover is not breathable and you could feel the heat at night

The location was very walkable to sites, restaurants, etc. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and it was nice to have a balcony.

Air conditioning not working properly, so opened the window for fresh air but very noisy.

Rich breakfast, very good location. There is no problem with parking.

The room and the spa. Rooms were clean, quiet and well equipped. Spa is a treat with good amenities. Underground parking is easily accessible

Its a nice hotel. Breakfast, swimming pool, location near the old town. Everything was nice.

Nice rooms

2 small elevators, one didnt work, waited too long to go up to the room, too big price. Just slippers in the room, no toiletery. Very small , not comfortable reception.

Really clean rooms, comfortable beds. We got here after our first accomodation turned out to be a disaster and this place came in clutch like a much needed bandaid to undo our horrible first night. We slept so good here. AC works as desired, bathroom was spacious and very nice. There's a mini fridge. They have their own parking underneath the building and Old Town is just right there when you go out on the street. Fantastic stay.

I am deducting 1 point so it's a 9/10 because we stayed here from Sunday to Thursday and one elevator was out of order throughout our entire stay. Every time you needed the elevator it was a 5 to 10 minute waiting time depending how packed it was. Public holidays should not play a factor when vital facilities are out of order; it should be top priority to fix them regardless off the costs. Every hotel guest was fed up with this.

The reception staff and the restaurant staff were polite and tried to accommodate our needs.

No bellman service, although I was travelling with 3 old ladies who cannot carry their bags. Another thing, we reserved 3 rooms and I have messaged the facility several times to at least make one of the rooms ready on our arrival, as we will be coming from a very long international flight. We were extremely tired and lacking sleep, however, this wasn't enough excuse for them to provide us a room before the check in time and please I don't want a reply saying that there was no single room empty. Last day, our room wasn't cleaned and they couldn't clean it but changed the towels. On check out, we asked for help with the luggage again, they sent one frowned housekeeper, although I gave him 50 zloty, that didn't make him smile.

Next to the highway, very loud. No view. Bathrobes available in exchange for cards. Everything prepaid. The room was big, but a bit empty.

The staff was very unfriendly and not helping a lot with things. Every time I had to ask something I felt uncomfortable and felt like the staff was annoyed. Also the spa area is not nice or calming. It feels rather a bit dirty.

Everything was very nice. The personnel was fantastic, the rooms clean and comfortable, I just missed an iron in the room.

the location was fantastic, close to the old town and tram station. the room was nice. the staff were friendly. pool and sauna was also great.

The pool was too crowded, especially after 18:00. I could sometimes hear noise from the other room. The view from the room was not satisfactory. the rest was good.

Central location just near restaurants and amenities. We had a very spacious and modern room for clothes and cases. We got a quiet sleep every night. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. I really enjoyed the pancakes with milk rice and apples?. Very nice staff. The spa and pool was relaxing and well designed. We liked the water dispenser point in the corridor, why haven't other hotels got this ? A well thought out touch. Enjoyed reading at reception area on the comfortable couches. Would definitely return and recommend.

I liked the room, large, but the view is on a parking lot, I liked the room service.

I didn't like the spa area, it was terrible. I found it super disorganized and poorly managed.
