The hotel itself was great but the distance from the city centre of Gdansk was very far!! And the price I paid was pretty high for that location.

Poor location, no air conditioning, room heated up really fast and it stinks probably beacuse if old furniture, pictures on booking suggested new room

Lovely location and charming place

I booked because it was dissabled friendly. They gave me room in 2nd floor no elevator. Than changed room because it was wrong still 2nd fllor. Then one oerson Bogdan spoke ebglish and gave in first floor. No one spike english exvept Bodgan. No. French or German only polish.breakfast was lousy.empty jugs. Broken coffe machine. I changed booking a week before coming to one day less. They charged me for full. Bogdan found my change but Polish lady, his senior got angry. Next day I got back but cash as they were not able to refund card. If you speak Polish this is à charming option. If not beware and stay away. I travel a lot and am a Genius member. Never seen such incompetence.

Breakfast was amazing and tasty. The place where the hotel is located is a bit far from the center but it's very nice cause it's close to the river. I recommend this place

The room didn't had plugs close to the bed to charge the phone and the Wifi signal was not working in the room properly

The breakfast was good.

The bed was too small, the wifi was useless could not work fro the three days there... I had to use my mobile data to work. The reception staff was very unprofessional. refused to allow me have a late check out considering my flight was delayed. She would not even allow me extra 30 mins.

Little choice

Unhelpful, rude and unwelcoming staff. Clearly the hotel have no time for visitors other than from Poland.

The hotel is easy to reach by bus. The location is perfect for walks in the forest and to the sea. I had great value for my money. The breakfast was good.

The room I stayed in needs some renovation.

Nice breakfast, clean, freshly painted room. Comfortable bed. Free onsite parking. Overall, better than expected, I would give a 7.5 our of 10.

There was no wifi signal in our room at all. I had to go to the reception area to get a proper signal, even my mobile internet subscription was not working from the room. No aircon. There were not enough parking spaces for all of the cars in the designated area, we had to park the car on the side of an inside road. A little bit pricy, compared to what the hotel can offer. Quite a few mosquitos on spot.

Location. Size of the room - was big as promissed.

Breakfast: dishes were wet or even dirty. Food was fine.About the room: didn't like the furniture. Like in "grammas place" but not in the stylish way. I booked the apartament and the photo was promissing realy nice designed in navy style room but I got big room with realy bad design.

Very nice and rather quiet place near beach as well as river and beatiful birds reservation. Good breakfast and nice balcony with view on the river. For everyday trips to Gdansk, Sopoty etc. a little bit far away, but reachable with bus in front of the hotel.

The blanket was to narrow, small for two people.

Poor wifi signal, no toiletries, kettle present but no coffee/tea, no refrigerator. Felt like the property was unprepared for our stay- no pillowcases on pillow, quilt a little small for the bed

great location (1.5 km to the sea), good breakfast, good coffee (real, not instant), clean room

Bad

Cleaning lady was not accurate and left her cleaning stuff at the room, threw our socks under the bed, the toilet was not cleaned next morning at all. The cup in the dining room was dirty. The table after previous users was not cleaned and after asking the lady to clean we were standing 10 minutes waiting for her and than choose less dirty table to eat. The receptionist in the morning was talking to us like to cheaters not making the payment, while we have spent 20 minutes late last night for the payment and were confirmed the payment was done...

Nice hotel not far from the sea cost. It is a good option in case when visiting the sea is the main aim.
