What a beautiful hotel! Perfect in every way. Such tasteful and historic decor, very kind and helpful hosts. Exceptional view from our room.
Charming wonderfully restored manor house very close to old town, but out of the throngs of tourists My room was huge, quiet, with lovely views. Service was friendly and helpful (in English)
Not a thing!
The staff were exceptionally good. You felt as if you mattered to them
The hotel is small and with limited facilities but it is beautiful and well located.
Beautiful hotel, perfect locationDelicious and varied breakfastCaring staff
Good location, friendly staff, parking, good value for the money
all good
Perfectly situated in an historic house right on the river near the Old Town and also near many fine restaurants. It was a smaller hotel, so it felt like the staff knew who you were. They were helpful when I needed assistance or had questions.
Prices were a little higher here than in other equal hotels in hotels in Krakow or Warsaw. Everything else was great
The location is really nice because it's kind of quiet. But it does take about 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town, just be prepared. Magda was very helpful and friendly. The hotel really has a great old world feel.
Extremely charming boutique hotel located centrally in Gdansk. We had an amazing stay!
The staff was so helpful and courteous. The room and lobby were beautiful. Everything was wonderful. We were able to walk to the old city and to restaurants and museums. We have already recommended Podewils to others.
Lovely clean old style hotel with excellent staff and breakfast
Very nice historical building on the river, close to the ciry center of Gdansk. Staff are very friendly, we let our luggage there before check in and after check out without any issue, they advised on public transport and spoke good English. The room was quite spacious, beautifully furnished and clean. It was warm enough and the bathroom was big and well equipped (we appriacted the baththub :)). Overall very good value for money considering that Gdansk is quite touristic and expensive compared to other Polish cities.
This place has gone above and beyond To make my stay feel like home. I honestly think this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I can’t tell the secrets why, you must go there to find out. Their breakfast is amazing, their service was amazing. All the people were right there to help me I can not say enough about how lucky I was to stay in this little hotel. I would never stay anywhere else if I were to go there again. It’s a great location, the accommodations are out of this world. I got a canal view and it was so beautiful. I honestly felt like a queen there. It’s a boutique hotel so it’s small but the lady serving breakfast every morning after the first day, knew exactly where I liked to sit and coffee And how I wanted my eggs. The selection of food was amazing too.
There was not one simple thing I can say that was negative about this hotel. It’s located right across the canal from old town… and the Rooms, hotel and aervice Was amazing
The location is amazing, the room was beautiful & service from the staff was outstanding. AC worked, shower is powerfull and the room was made to perfection. It was easy to get to and from the road to the hotel.
We additionally paid for secure parking, unfortunately, it’s just behind the building and in the sun (it was gated & secure). We had some perishable food in the car, so had to cool down the car as it was very hot outside. Other than this, we loved everything.
It’s Regal charm and its proximity to Old Gdansk.
The gentleman who checked me in was less than personable and set a tone of negativity straight away. It was difficult to get over that. Please consider ‘ soft skills’ training as you don’t want to come across as rude and impolite to your customers.
A lovely room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great with a good selection - something for everyone. Close to lots of the attractions in the old town.
Excellent location, big comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, old world charm.
Beautiful old boutique hotel in a perfect location for enjoying historic Gdańsk. Excellent safe parking available
Lovely location and if you like adorable older hotels this is the one with a view of river , the crane and the Ferris wheel
Everything was great
