Smart Hotel

Very professional and nice staff. Willing to help and answering questions with patience and smile.

It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

First night the staff was friendly, but the day after was bad.

The place is far away from centre. Parking lot is questionable if its looked after. Breakfast is poor, sheets had a hole in it and a stain. A lot of noice from outside, no condicioner. Room is really small. Not worth the price

Perfect place for a few nights, basic reception area but impeccably clean, fresh and spotless rooms, really nice staff and a great location, garrison area one side and shopping malls and train station on the other, just a five minute walk away. Radiator heater in the room which is great if you don't like the dry air of central air conditioning. Recommend Marmalada café for breakfast, just a few minutes up the road

The hotel is lovely, new and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, warm and cozy. The tea and coffee facilities were great for the cold winter evenings. The hotel is close to a busy road but I couldn't hear a thing. The tram stop is a few minutes walk away and it will take you either to the city centre or to the beach ( opposite direction) Wrzeszcz is a lovely part of the city too, with plenty of places to eat, nice shops and lovely architecture. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was good however I would like to have more options for vegetarian.

A pleasant and clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast offered good value for money, and the hotel was conveniently located with excellent transport connections. There was also a large shopping mall nearby.

The blankets in the hotel room were too small for our liking.

The shower mixer is not good. This is not intended for use in the shower. You come across it while showering in such a tight space, boiling hot water is turned up.

Clean, exactly how described and warm in the room. Was allowed to have a later check out

Great hotel with low price. Excellent location, close to shopping Center and public transport. The breakfast was very good as well.

Toilet is not acoustically isolated.

The price is fair for 2 people, and the hotel offered free bottle water in room.

The wifi connection in hotel was really bad, and this should be upgraded. Plus, we did not find any hair dryer in the room, which was not convenient at all.

The hotel provided 2 bottles of water everyday, which is more like hotels in my country other than EU hotels. The room size was good and the bed was large for 2 people.

Great location, clean room, comfy bed and nice breakfast. Staff in the restaurant amazing and very attentive and caring ❤️

The pillows and the bedsheets were not the greatest, in fact the pillows were actually really poor quality.

Very good little hotel in great location. Super comfy beds and you have everything you need for a short stay.

Toiletries. Don’t smell nice and dry your skin.

Was a little too warm in the hotel. Requested a fan but was unable to get one
