Cons -
- Windows facing inner courtyard. Lack of sunlight and any visual with outside.
- The breakfast was always cold. We didn’t like the pillows at all, not the soft ones nor the hard ones. So it wasn’t comfortable to fall asleep.

The location is lovely, it was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to go to. The hotel itself is nice and modern
Hotel is really beautiful - manages to be both modern and cozy at the same time. The breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel and we travel extensively. There was incredible variety and everything was outstanding
Spacious executive rooms - great view from the higher floor, great breakfast, pretty location and clean design right in the old city center
The hotel parking was really tight
Beautiful hotel, spacious room, exceptionally clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful... Great location too, easy walk right in the heart of town - your surrounded for choice of bars and restaurants - We will return!
Directions to the carpark could have a little clearer - and its tight.
The hotel has a great location on Granary Island, with short walking distance to the riverfront restaurants and the main town across the river. The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The rooftop bar was a nice perk.
Beautiful, modern hotel. Great location. Had a spa which we used
Great location, modern and clean.
Design and great common spaces, location, comfort, breakfast, overall vibe.
Could have a little more amenities in the room.
Excellent location, very good room. Comfortable beds. Coffee/tea available in the lobby behind the reception, which is convenient. Parking available, though quite expensive, 30 eur per day.
Most of the rooms are facing the inside of the hotel, so they have no daylight. This could have been indicated by the room type when booking, for us it was a big surprise upon arrival. There are no slippers in the room, also no body lotion, which would be nice to have. We stayed for 5 nights, the floor was not cleaned during this period, so it was quite dirty. On one of the days we ordered cleaning, but the floor still was not hoovered - everything else was cleaned. In general, we really enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic location close to all the sights with a great Polish home food restaurant literally across from the hotel. A convenience store is also right opposite. The bed was very comfortable and I am particular about my mattress. Room was clean. Love the bathroom Alba branded amenities. The restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet and I couldn’t fault the room service. There is also a rooftop bar for an aperitif in the outdoors. But most importantly what makes Puro Gdansk a destination I will be returning to are the people - the staff from the front desk to the restaurant and the room service and cleaning are super friendly, always say hello, are helpful and accommodating. Five stars
Please bring back food service at the rooftop bar. It’s convenient to have a drink and some food along with it.
Nice architecture. Beautiful furniture and facilities. Great location. Professional and welcoming staff
Same breakfast price for young children. I booked 2 rooms that were quite far one’s from another
The location is very good as well as design of the property, including high lobby, restaurants and rooms. Although the rooms are not very spacious, they are sufficient, ergonomic and cosy. Bed and bedding are very comfortable as well as the shower. The value for money is great but only if you come out of the season (how I did) when you can pay less than 100 EUR/night.
All is good, except for the price in the high season :(
If you're going to Gdansk for the night life, this is the spot. It is a good home base for wherever you go. The room and hotel is very clean. They have umbrellas for guest use if it rains, bikes if you would like, and the breakfast was pretty good considering you pay for a buffet.
The window in the room we had looked into the lobby of the hotel with a large seating/conversation area. So we didn't feel comfortable opening the blinds at all because people could see into our room. Also, even with the window closed you can still hear people in that area early morning and late night.
Stylish interior design, great location, excellent breakfast buffet, free tea/coffee/water
Nice hotel in a great location. The room was reallllllllly small, like shuffle around the bed small, with no counter space or place to put stuff, so we lived out of backpacks on the floor. The room was quite stuffy but they accommodated us by giving us a fan.
Centrally located, modern hotel. Delicious breakfast and a nice small gym and spa (too small to accomodate people on a rainy day, but perfect, when you have it for yourself). Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable.
Terrible windows - a lot of noise from the street enters the room.
