No machines to make hot chocolate. In the room only green tea and coffee nothing to make hot chocolate

Location of this hotel is just amazing, the rooms with front see view are more than worth the money. Sopot within walking distance and a beautiful beach on the doorstep plus loads of mature trees around. Breakfast very good with different varieties every day.Staff goes above and beyond to make one feel like at home.

There was a strong food smell in our room coming probably from ventilation one evening, possibly cooking for the football team that was staying at the hotel. You can open the windows however, so it wasn’t too bad.The cleaners had to be asked for things like soap that’s run out from the dispenser. But all was done straight away.

It was our 50th wedding anniversary and we stayed for few nights with our daughter and her family to celebrate. The hotel arranged the rooms so that we were on the same floor next door to each other.There was also a surprise in the room, chocolates and a lovely letter with congratulations and wishes of good health for many more years to come.What a wonderful surprise.

We honestly cannot think of anything that we did not like.

Polite and competent staff. Excellent decor after recent refurbishment. Location and see views. All facilities worked perfectly. Good choice of tv channels. Comfy bed and pillows.

Excessive parking charges for parking places located outside under the sky. Anti-theft cloth hangers requiring both hands effort each time to hang, and then to remove clothing. Perhaps some guests steal hangers, but most do not, and they are penalised by this silly inconvenience.

Bed comfortable, room spacious, clean bathroom. Cool design and view from the window. Great gym - more than you need :)

Breakfast is not as good as others hotels on the same street

I love the location, amazing breakfast buffet and all the facilities in place. The fact that it’s right by the beach with a great walking/ bike riding pathway to Sopot means that one can get away from cars and streets.

Although it has been upgraded a lot lately, the beds could use an over mattress or something to make them more comfortable. Also, the pillows are not as comfortable as they should be.

Location, cleanliness, staff is welcoming and informative.

No air condition which is typical in this region, I just forgot to pay attention to that detail of my reservation.

It was really close to the beach. The hotel offered towels to use at the indoor pool which was really good option. The breakfast could be better with more warm options. The staff were great and friendly,

The thing that gym and pool area are also used by people from outside the hotel make them crowd and not cozy.

In an email was told we could get our room at 1pm for extra charge was happy with this but arriving at 12.30pm was told this was not possible very annoyed at this as we had been up sine 5and travelling all morning staff were not very helpful when I showed them a email from the hotel and I was told this was not always possible even though the email stated it was confirmed

- Long waiting time for the elevator. It was often full, so we used the stairs instead- Activity information was only available in the local language, not in English- Reception staff could be more service-minded, positive, and knowledgeable- Breakfast was overpriced- The weather wasn’t great, so we only had two days at the beach- Unstable water temperature in the shower — it switched from hot to cold during a single shower. When turning up the heat, it became extremely hot

The only think we didn’t like is the way to the pool . The way is through gym, changing room when you see naked people on your way.

Playroom for the kids, located close to the beach, perfect swimmingpool for the kids and a well equipped gym. Room was comfortable and great size for us. Resort style so you can easily stay here for 2-3 nights with kids and you'll have activities close by. Breakfast was great!

The restaurant is overpriced and do yourself a favor and steer away from that food, it was unfortunately very bad. Breakfast was great, the lunch was cooked by someone that lacked time, energy and love for food.

Very good location, and the hotel is very nice for kids, it has a pool, and playing grounds, even an xbox (which was busy all the time)Good coffee, good space.

There is not an evening bouffetThe pool and dressing rooms have a strange setup where women have to go through the men lockers, causing some awkward situations.Regarding the breakfast:The salads and the dressings are next to the juice machine, making it a little crowded.There is just scrambled eggs, but no fried or boiled.

The rooms were very big and nice. We had a wonderful oceanview. The staff was very nice as well.

The room was very sandy when we arrived. Luckily they cleaned the room te next day.

Located close to the beach, the superior room with a sea view (for which we had paid extra) was fine, as was the range of breakfast food items.

Within our one week stay the room received little attention from cleaning staff other than to empty the bin and give the sink and shower a quick wipe. Towels and linens were not changed - we appreciate this is an eco drive and it did not bother us too much as the towels dried quickly, however we had to request replenishment of toilet roll, toiletries and coffee/tea supplies.We had a mixed reception from staff in the gym/pool area and were surprised that additional payment was required to use the exercise machines.

Great amenities and friendly staff. Beautiful and comfortable rooms - the Rituals bathroom products were a treat. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the cocktails delicious!

Was expensive but you get what you pay for!
