Focus Hotel Premium Gdańsk

The location of the hotel is very good. Overall, the hotel, the rooms, and the breakfast meet the expectations for a three-star hotel.

The location is good. However, for a four-star hotel, I expected more.

Big clean rooms and bathrooms, facilities in the hotel are good.

Even though the hotel feels premium the beds were bad, they were soft and there was a bulge in the middle if the mattress, I could not sleep during the night and was having back pain in the morning.

Room was a good size, clean and comfortable bed. Hotel customer service was dreadful. They dont even know how to make a coffee! charged us 5 zloty for hot milk!

Staff were rude. We were promised free parking and then was told the following day that we had to pay! They also tried to charge us the tourist tax three times. They claimed this was a mistake... we also found out it was cheaper on booking.com for a room when we arrived. booking.com quoted £58 per night. we paid around £75 per night.

The hotel's location is perfect, just 100 m far from train and tram stop, and next to a huge mall. The hotel is modern and well equipped.

My room was amazing, great view, spotless and fresh, it was much more than I have expected. Moreover the staff, especially the lovely lady from reception was helpful and incredibly polite and friendly

Everything was fantastic

Very convenient location next to train station- actually you are passing through the Mall and the hotel is just around the corner. Breakfast was good, comfy beds, reception staff was kind. The location is perfect for traveling to the town, to Sopot and Gdinya or to the airport.

Almost only Polish TV programs but that is not a big issue.

Carpet was covered with old stains and we had a dirty towel folded as clean. Facility is claiming to have a fitness center. Having a 3 machines in the smalles room ever is not e fitness center, it is just misleading.Hotel guests were drunk in front of a hotel from 12 till early morning it was greatly disturbing our sleep.

Not only a good hotel, but also in a great location if you want to be away for all the tourists. It is next to a train station (not the main one) and next to two shopping malls. So plenty of options to eat, drink, even play. Also it is easy from there to go to the city center or to the other cities (Sopot, Gdnayia)

Clean and quiet rooms with air-con and a fridge and complementary bottled water.5 minute walk from train station (walk through the mall!) Food in restaurant was very good. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly.

booking confirmed that the Focus hotel premium gdansk reservation was confirmed. When wecame to the hotel, first the person at the reception said that we had come to the wrong place. After that, wecame a few more times, then they said that they had no available rooms.Then, when I was completely desperate, they sent us to a hotel 17 km away. Focus hotel Sopot. How could thishappen?? A very negative experience. looking for a completely different hotel in a foreign countryat night??

Very helpful female receptionist No maps of the city available despite information in the room to that effect. The receptionist found a tourist guide in English which had a map. Also the packed lunch available to take away in dining room

The foreign staff in the dining room Kept customers waiting whilst they helped themselves to coffee and chatted a lot. Not too bad most days but on the Sunday morning incredibly lazy. Very slow at clearing tables and replenishing food. Worst serving staff we encountered in 15 days.

Solid option! Really big quiet rooms and bathrooms, with very comfortable beds and high quality materials all around you: from curtains to mattress to doors. Don’t mind that the hotel is right next to a railway - the sound isolation is really excellent. Yoh won’t hear anything. The staff is friendly and professional.

Staff members friendly as usual , hotel is really close to train hub, literally 5 min walk .

Bathroom cleanings could be bit better.

All was good. Tasty breakfast, helpful personnel and the room was nice and cosy but a little old. Also, the hotel has its own restaurant, which is convenient when you don't want to go out due to rain. Overall, all was good, and I can recommend this hotel.
