The hotel across the street was weirdly close to ours, and the view was blocked because of it. Also, weirdly close to a hostel (neighbour building.) The hallway lights went off very fast, and there's no other light source, no windows or anything in the hallway lol

Excellent location - yards from the river and the fish market, a couple of minutes from the WW2 Museum. Spotless room - not enormous, but big enough, with double aspect windowsHelpful staff, who were very kind about looking after our luggage when we checked-outBreakfast - not a massive hot selection, but lots of choice overall and it was included

Not much. A bit of plumbing noise and the lights in the corridors go out very quickly!

Location is lovely - right next to the city center.In general the hotel is okay, no less, no more.

Made us pay for the cardholder that was already broken upon our arrival, it just fell off the wall - very disappointing experience... The only proper response from the receptionist was "Would you like to pay by card or cash?" or "Maybe you pulled the card too hard". Never have I ever had such an experience throughout all of my hotel stays... Probably will choose Radisson next door for future visits, cannot imagine this dialogue there. Hope my refund application will work...

Getting woken up by fellow guests hammering my door at 01:30 in the morning! By the time I got my pants on they had calmed down. Sounded like a domestic disagreement that got of hand. Not at all relaxing. I was away to the airport at 03:45 so didn't like the rude awakening.

Really good location.

The room had weird lights: no main light on the ceiling, no lights for reading besides the beds. There was not a straightforward place to put our shoes. There wasn't even a small refrigerator in the room. The room service arrived at the most impossible our, around 8 AM, disturbing us in the morning. The breakfast was 99% the same every morning and there wasn't that many options.

The location was perfect. Walking distance from market places, dinners, taxis, ferries.

The staff barely smiled and greeted us on our way in and out. We had booked a double bed and we had two single beds stuck together, resulting in the mattresses being separated after a while. We also had 2 single duvets instead of a double one. Our shower door was leaking a lot and when we mentioned it they only gave us some extra towels to cover it up instead of trying to fix it or even relocate us to another room.. The included breakfast was mediocre at best.. The view from our window was on a construction site. No minibar and sadly no fridge..
