(10/10)Immaculately clean hotel in a prime central location. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made for a perfect night’s sleep. Friendly, attentive staff, fresh plush towels, and a wonderful bar completed the experience. Truly a refined and relaxing stay — highly recommended

nice to have little fridge )

It was a really comfy stay in the Gdansk city centre. Everything is at a walking distance and you are right next to the beautiful Old Town. Room was very pleasant and I rested well after a long journey.

What I was missing a bit was the gym, but in general it was a really good and comfortable stay.

Nice, clean, and cozy. Very quiet, peaceful, and good noise reduction, can barely hear anything from neighboring rooms.

Great location, the room was really nice, modern and fresh.

Would have been nice to have a tea kettle in the room to make some tea/coffee.

Stunning hotel, gorgeous bar central location but quiet and comfy beds.

Lovely fresh breakfast but not enough seats to eat it. Some people had to ask for their money back as they couldn't get a seat. Some were sat in reception and eating breakfast from coffee tables. The only thing that let this place down!

Breakfast was good and versatile. Location was excelent in the center of of the old town. You could walk nearly to every destinations where you wanted to go. The staff was friendly. There were not any noise in the hotel.

The toilet floor tile was a little chilly, but I put a towel on it, so it was ok.

Nice looking Hotel right in the center of the beautiful city of Gdańsk.The room was cozy and had almost the minimum of what is needed, the bed was really nice, soft and comfy. The view from the window was also quite nice, in my room it was facing the inner blaconies of the next building but still had a little bit of view of the main street and buildings. The staff were welcoming and helping as much as they could.

From my experience I'm giving this hotel only a 6/10, because of several reasons -Even tho it was stated, there's no mini bar/ mini fridge which is the bare minimum in the most simple hotels. The A/C didn't work during the winter and there was luck of air in the room, when i came to the stuff they said there's not much to do and because the A/C system changed for the winter and there's a glibal heating system for the whole hotel. When i still tried to figure if there's something to do about it, the stuff tried to shut me a little by giving one day of free breakfest and Schedule an appointment with a technician on the next day - I waited for 10 mins and he of course didn't come.So for the next few days i had to open the window for fresh air when it was freezing with -5 degrees Celsius and loud outside, which was not great.I also gave a try to the breakfest and it was various and had warm food like sausagesand bacon, but a little bit plain. If they change the A/C system in the future and add mini bars to the rooms the score can be way higher, but as from my experience i have to give it a quite generous 6/10.

Location, interior, beds were super comfortable, nice option of getting water from the bar for the tea.

I think guests have to be instructed to keep quiete when returning late at night. I also think that staff should wear more elegant outfits. Too casual looks.

Nice new clean. Atmospheric bar and amazing bartenders.

Rooms are heated not ventilated or on AC. It’s really important to control fresh air time to time

nice clean , friendly staff. good location

    9AmberPosted on: 10-6-2025

Loved the location of this hotel and how walkable it was to everywhere. There are tons of restaurants and places to get a drink right around it. There is also a delicious restaurant right next to it.

We were on floor 1 and the noise from the street late at night and early morning was very loud and would wake or keep us up. We had the windows cracked because the hotel has no AC. Would of liked to be a little higher up to help with the noise.
