Pros +
- Location is closer to the city centre. You have access to Tram connectivity and a few supermarkets, a kebab shop around 400mtr. Property is an old building with small room but clean and very minimum facilities, however it does cover majority of the basics required. I stayed here with my wife for a night and two days. Decent place.
Cons -
- The heating system was not active when the outside temperature was pretty cold. The rooms were not sound proof which lacks privacy. I would recommend to improve that. There was better places for cheaper prices available online, which unfortunately we couldnt book, so I dont think I would say it was the property was worth what we paid for.
