the room we stayed in was a little outdated - next night move into newer romms, renowated and it was a totally different experience. Very nice staff at the hotel.

Location very close to the beach, wonderful breakfast choices, cleanliness, efficient heating, cheap parking, nice swimming/sauna facilities, animations for guests, spacious room

Location in the jungle next to the sea was perfect and it was so calm The pool was incredible Variety of breakfast and dinners buffet was good

The wifi sometimes was not working properly Rooms are a bit old Mostly, the staff was not able to talk in English, just receptions And nothing in the hotel was translated to English. Everything was in polish, even the food at dinner or breakfast buffet

The restaurant was great and the swimming pools was lovely

Air conditioning from would definitely be a must

I just loved the pool and its close to the beach

The hotel is old so very old you can even take pictures in the rooms , rooms got a smell and also the location is far from town

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel staff were so lovely,polite and helpful, the facilities exceed our expectations, the food was top notch, location of the hotel cannot be beaten.

The room was really nice, clen and had all you need. The interior was old but refreshed, you did not feel the the hotel is old.

It had good facilities like spa suana swimming pool playground for the kids

Пакой - тысячу разоў не. Не за такія грошы.Калі ты бачыш кшталту цэны пакой мусі быць са сьвежым рэмонтам - у нас быў з падранымі шпалерамі і з натуральнай плесеньню ў лазенке.Рэстаран на другім паверсе - добрая тэраса але не змагу назваць яго смачным.

The property doesn’t communicate at all. And I was trying to speak in polish and English 0 communications. One week after I booked hotel I asked if we can change dates -they agreed. And after I didn’t get any answer from them, so I needed confirmation. . When I was trying to contact again - no answer. And then 1 week before our booking dates they said it’s impossible to change dates. No money back, nothing. We lost money and we are super disappointed

Beautiful place, cheap parking, great breakfast with wide range of foods. Tasty dinner in the hotel until 22.00, which is great when arriving late. The beach is very near. Stuff was nice and polite.

Amazing location, very nice pool, good breakfast, cheap parking, nice staff.

The rooms are small and in dire need of maintenance. Moreover you can hear everything because of super thin walls and an old door. There were lots of people drinking alcohol around the object, running in the corridors and generally making noise throughout the entire night. Impossible to sleep, which has ruined most of the experience.

Location of the hotel and SPA. Only 5 min by walk to the beach. Nice treatments in SPA and friendly staff.

Room was very poor - tiny, old fashioned, tight, not comfortable, very little bathroom without hairdryer, no place for leaving cosmetics, tiny shower, where it was difficult to move around. Appearance and condition of the room completely different from what is presented on the Booking.com site.

I enjoyed the location , the pool and and sauna , friendly atmosphere.Rooms really look old, but I enjoyed my stay 100%. It’s clean and tidy.The woods around , the sea so close.It would be perfect place for families with kids.The only there no elevator, so keep that in mind, so for people who are dependent of that it could be not so easy to get to the room.

Very friendly staff at the reception. Good and even very good buffet breakfast. Wonderful and clean pool. There is a children's room.

The rooms are very small. There is no air conditioner. We were accommodated with the child next to the room where smoking is allowed. The restaurant does not want to accept card payments. They lie that the payment system is broken and ask to pay in cash, apparently in order to get a tip for sure.

The hotel is located in the forest, close to the beach. Pool and sauna available to all guests. Lovely food. Bike rental available at additional cost.

The price is quite high, you'd expect HB for the amount you pay. Water, coffee and tea are not replenished, bed sheets were not changed unless asked for.

The hotel location is just 300meters away from the beach. After going to the beach the kids enjoyed the hotel indoor pool. the breakfast buffet, dinner buffet and the restaurant on the first floor has very good food.

- they should make a better arrangement about their paid dinner buffet. Our first dinner buffet nobody informed, we are not new to staying in hotels, we thought it will automatically be charged to our room. On our 2nd try of the dinner buffet the staff had a very dirty look on us, and i told my husband why they stare at us like that, and he said the lady just approached him and said we have to pay first at the reception, we are in the middle of our meal already and so i thought can't they let us finish our food first? or maybe bring a terminal to us and so we can pay if they are so scared that we will run away from it, note that our check out is next day (stayed 4nights 5days), so they actually still have a chance to tell the reception which is few steps away. Anyway after that 2nd dinner buffet, we paid at the reception 2x dinner buffet. And we complained how we will know such information if we were not told right from Check-in and right when we enter the buffet. There is always a better way to tell the guests and not be RUDE. - the rooms are hot, no air-condition as described. it would have been helpful if we brought an electric fan or they offer one :)
