Excellent location, friendly, knowledgeable service, excellent breakfast.

From the moment we checked in the staff made us feel welcome. There was ample private (paid) parking and a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. You can’t beat the location and the views.

Had to climb many flights of stairs to reach the top floor gym in the second building since the elevator was off during the slow season.

Everything was amazing and their staff are so nice and polite and very friendly. Adam the porter has such a nice personality.

Loved this Hotel. Great location, great rooms, great staff and great amenities. Rented a car for the day and the staff took care of all the arrangements - super easy! Massage in the SPA was awesome. Sauna and steam rooms were great. Breakfast Buffet was amazing - what a selection!! Lots of places in the hotel to sit and relax. Had 2 twin bed room - comfortable and spacious.

Hotel is comfortable, clean and ideally located. Breakfast was very good - many choices.

Our toilet was not working. I felt it took too long to evaluate the issue, which resulted in being moved to a new room. I did appreciate that we were given an upgraded room as an accommodation.

The hotel is perfectly located to access everything Gdansk has to offer and our room had a great view.Easy walk to the Old Town, plenty of places to eat or just sit and people watch. Recommend Canis restaurant for a fabulous meal, the surroundings are a delightful mix of traditional and urban!Loved the on-site brewery.We thought that the very discreet air conditioning unit in our premier room was so cleverly designed and quiet.The breakfast was totally exceptional, we have never experienced such an extensive, beautifully presented breakfast, there was something for everyone.

We had a large and beautiful room. The house itself is beautiful and historic.

The restaurant in the hotel does not get a high rating, we did not get good food there.

Great location and nicely renovated. Saw negative comments about the gym, but it was fine- small but complete (could use 5 kg dumbbells to round out the selection)

The location is excellent, especially if you want experience the things that are located in the city center. The staff were great and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast is very good, but we stayed for a week so it got quite repetitive. I think most people only stay a couple of nights so this isn't such a big problem.

Our room could have been cleaned a little better after each night but it was still done well. Maybe the floors could have been vacuumed better or more thoroughly.

It was our 3rd stay in the hotel and as usually they meet our expectations. This time we were travel with our first baby and the stuff done everything to make our first family holiday abroad special.

The location (close to the old city), room, breakfast and service were great ! We would definitely recommend the hotel and like to come back.

When we were about to book the hotel - the room we looked at (probably the cheapest with double bed) was suddenly occupied. So then we took the next available (think it said 4 stars - but seemed like 5 stars) and we got a big room with a balcony - and the upgraded price was worth it. But along with the upgraded room price we still had to pay extra each day for breakfast and that is the only thing we felt was a bit expensive.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It it quite beautiful. We were in the new part which was stylish and modern but in keeping with the yachting theme. The twin. room was a little small but functional, the bathroom whilst very modern and clean needed a little more shelf space and a hook for clothes.The breakfast is fabulous with something for everyone. Staff in all parts of hotel first class.

Fantastic location,ideal for exploring the heart of Gdansk. Beautiful area surrounded by wonderful architecture.the area was surrounded by a wide range of places to dine in.our room wasn't ready when we arrived as we had an early flight but the staff at reception gladly looked after our luggage for us and gave us plenty of ideas to occupy our time while our room was been prepared.

I can't say that there was much to dislike as it met our needs but if I was to have one criticism it was that the shower was poor for the quality of the room .
