The pool views, the pools, the amazing staff!

There were a few maintenance things that needed to be done. They were attended too when requested.

Friendly employees, spacious room

The walkway from the parking to the entrance wan not illuminated the night I arrived - and I almost hit a wall that was invisible without the light

Room was spacious and minimalistic

While booking, it showed that it had 3 pools, 2 of them were not available, and we didn't get notified for it. The sauna was also not available. Lastly, the hot tub/ jacuzzi was very dirty

Nice ocean views, spacious room, onsite restaurant.

The view is spectacular (especially sunset). Staff were friendly and informative. Quiet area.

We really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the beautiful view from the hotel :))

We loved the view from the room to the sea, and the exit to the pool. Breakfast was nice. There was a small kitchenette and we could prepare dinner in the room. The restaurant of the hotel is great. We ate dinner and loved everything except the deserts.

The bathroom is outdated and there is no place for soap or shampoo. There is no small, comfortable dresser next to the bed.

Great place. Well maintained. beautiful and nice. the pool is great and the location of going outside as well. the staff is kind and very service oriented.

opening the parking gate was a bit of annoying. has to drive to the opening button, push it, reverse and go back to the gate. The Jacuzzi didn't have hot water - it would have been awesome to have hot water ouside on it.

The apartment was spacious and the view from the restaurant was amazing.

Sofa in a living room wasn't very comfortable to sleep for adults (but fine for children).The location is somewhat remote: one needs to ride by narrow streets to reach the hotel, but overall we had no issues and drove with a car quite often.

Everything was awesome The pools, the breakfast a d the restaurant a d views . Also the apartment we rented was super big and nice . Only the mattress wee too hard . Everything else at this property was very good

Food is fresh, bedding sheets are clean.

The view was great, the staff was kind, the bed was comfy.

Clean, quiet large room with a kitchen, sitting area and balcony. Bed was very comfortable, staff always helpful- no complaints!!

Breakfast was very good. I did not think it was fair that a child 12 years old pays as much as an adult, as they barely eat cereals and milk. But the rules ares that children are paying reduced price up to 10 years old.

Nice and quiet small location. Room was comfortable, also bed and pillows were good. Good view to the sea, pool was a great bonus. Almost all needed equipment available in the room. Towels, coffee maker, microwave, stove, kettle, fridge with freezer and etc. Possible to cook your own meals.

We stayed at third floor and to be honest rooms and hallway needs a fresh up - all the sounds like who comes and when are heard well, so no soundproofing. Overall view in the rooms is a outdated.

Beautiful view.Fun place to make our base.

We had a kitchenette but we had no supplies to clean or dry the dishes.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff is warm and welcoming,rooms tidy,we enjoyed our stay.

The resort is in a quiet semi-rural location, with lovely views of the mountains behind the resort and the ocean in front. Our studio room was quite spacious and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very tasty meal at Dragoeiro, the on site restaurant.

We were only provided with 2 small pods for the coffee maker. They were not replenished during our 4 night stay at the resort. I was surprised by this - I expected that they would be replenished daily when our room was made up. The bathroom floor is very slippery when wet.

The view is nice though, and I’m sure the pool is great in summer… if they keep it clean.

I genuinely don’t understand the glowing reviews on Booking. I really should have checked Google first. We had booked three nights hoping for a relaxing stay based on the photos and listed amenities.Unfortunately, it was a letdown from the start. The pool was green (I get that it’s low season, but still, not a great first impression), there were no lounge chairs, and the jacuzzi was cold (lol). The room felt old and tired, with a weird smell, no bedside tables, and very sloppy finishing. Honestly, it gave off airport motel vibes.That said, a big thank you to the front desk staff who kindly refunded our remaining two nights. We ended up leaving early to stay elsewhere. There was simply no comfort here.
