Logis Hôtel de la Plage

great holiday place with children. Met up with our daughter and family. Right on the beach, restaurants reasonably close to walk, our room with patio and small kitchen, great to meet small children's needs.

Just what we wanted, so no complaints

Receptionist was unfriendly, room smelt of dogs, toilet kept running.

Lovely staff and made to feel welcome.

Breakfast seemed very expensive so we didn't have it.

The cushions on the pool sun loungers were left out all the time in rain so were damp when sun came out and had mould on them. A shame because it is a lovely pool area but neglected.

The young lady on reception was very helpful, very polite and always with a smile. Great location: hotel was 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the many restaurants.

The shower/toilet room was cramped. The radiator nut projected and my husband caught him arm quite badly on it.

Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Owner was very helpful. Pool area was great with well maintained gardens. Perfect location right on the beach.

Not much to dislike but we had no Wi-Fi reception in our bedroom. I think it was due to being in that particular part of the hotel. (We had a room with a kitchen which were all housed in one part)

Decent location.

Advertised as having wifi but was not available in our room. Breakfast was not available one morning and when we called the after hours phone number to inquire there was no response. When we finally spoke to the manager he had only excuses. Disappointing

The location of the hotel is fabulous, easy access to the port and beach for walking the dog and the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful!

The rooms are a little on the small size for a family but that’s the only negative.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The hotel was a very comfortable stop over with a lovely pool too. Breakfast provided a great choice and start to the day. We were recommended a local restaurant for supper which served fabulous seafood.

The only, smallest 'issue' was we found the bed a little hard, however we did find this across many hotels in France, and it all comes down to personal choice!!

Breakfast was perfect- something for every taste although the hot water was insufficient for making a proper cup of tea. An electric kettle, like in the room, would gave been better. But otherwise- top notch?

Comfy clean room with a small balcony and tea/coffee facilities in the room, excellent warm swimming pool and very close to the beach, a 10 min stroll to shops, bars and restaurants, staff were friendly and helpful.

very nice and quiet place in beautiful surroundings. The room were big enough for the four of us and also had a small kitchen. The poolarea was a really good place to spend some time during the hot daytime. To really explore the Island of Oleron we would recommand renting a bike or have a car. There are a lot to explore ( Oystermen houses, beaches, lighthouse and so on).

Very nice rooms with good air conditioning. Lovely breakfast, very nice employees!

Wifi was not working very well

Swimming pool although gate quite difficult to open.

No room fridge. Kettle had black bits comming out of it. No bar facilitites although Cotiniere 10 minute walk away.
