Spacious room, impressive big windows. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to stay overnight on a long journey.

Good hotel for one night in Bautzen. Maybe it's not the newest hotel in the city but everything was clean and in good condition. Room was really spacious. Breakfast was good.

The room was big and it was enough space for us. We have also a lot of natural light in the room due to big windows.Breakfast is good and coffee was great. Hotel Team is very friendly.There is a public playground close to Hotel, so family with Kids have a option to play near to the hotel.

The Hotel is just near to Alstom plant and really calm.The Breakfast is for all tastes and you will not stay hungry.The personal is awesome and ready to help you with every problem.Rooms are clean and worth the price.

Refreshing colors and equipement should be done in next years to fit to new standards.

We booked this property 40 minutes prior to arrival. Everything was confirmed. When we came, nobody was there. No answer to the messages, no answer to the phone calls. Reception is dark.

Breakfast was awesome. Just everything I like. And much better as expected.The team has overpassed my expectations.Even if the equiments are outdated, they are in perfect state and clean. And definetely above the hotels in this city

Nice quiet place, big room and delicious breakfast.

Staff only spoke in German, but somehow we talked to each other.

I had such a lovely stay here! I arrived hungry on a Sunday evening and the wonderful hotel owners took such nice care of me, they were so kind and the hotel was very clean and well organised. I would love to come back here.Vielen dank!!!

The area felt quite remote and there were no English speaking people, although we managed using Google translate and the proprietors where nice.

It would have been nice to have been provided with a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room.There seemed lots of food at breakfast, but typical of the region- bread rolls meats etc, but no croissants or toast which for foreign guests used to this would be nice.

- Nice hotel with a very friendly staff and parking available- Good breakfast- Lidl is nearby if you want to do some groceries

- It's outside the centre, 20min walk (and as Bautzen is small) this is a lot :)- Not much related to the hotel itself - but we are confident our daughter left her favourite bunny there and later it wasn't found (which made her and us very sad)- Also, communications with hotel staff (mostly on the phone) isn't easy because they didn't speak English much. The lady was super friendly and nice, but this still made the things harder

Room was very spacious. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety of food to choose from.

Value for money not so great. Quite expensive.
