Best Western Plus Hotel Bautzen

Hotel has perfect location just across the street from historical center. Good accessible garage. Good beds and very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Garage was nearly full, it is a pity that no reservation is possible.

The location is exceptional, beautifully located in the center of the town, the viewfinder my room ( 626) was great.

It’s location, parking was good, staff is very helpful and friendly)

Great location - in the very centre of Bautzen, adjacent to old town - less than five minute walk to the cathedral. Very good breakfast - wide variety with local products.

Very well located with good parking. Very comfortable bed. Good pressure on the water.

very friendly and helpful staff. We forgot something in the room when we left - it was sent to our home promptly.

The hotel is in a central location, very nice and comfortable. The staff let us park our motorcycles in their private garage. When we will travel again we will definitely come back here.

Very poor

It was very strange when I was thrown out from the room at 10,45 am, even if I have mentioned at the reception that I will check-out at 12,according to hotel policy. When I entered my room after a short morning walk, the maid was cleaning up,my luggage had been already sent to the the reception. They assumed that I've forgot my back pack in the room...awful lie...PS The furniture is just plain ugly, but normally I wouldn't have mentioned it.

Friendly desk agents and reception. Helpful!

Location, view.

Excellent location, lovely staff

Furniture but outdated and struggled to connect netflix to the TV. Poor wifi and I was not expecting to pay for parking.

Excellent location in the centre of beautiful Bautzen. Comfortable, well-isolated room (we could barely hear the party downstairs). Competent and very helpful staff. Fine breakfast. Worth a stop, worth coming back

Location, staff and food

the room layout the view from the window

all facilities

Friendly staff! The hotel is very good close to the old town.

There’s no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open in the heat and were woken several times by people chatting noisily outside or guests arriving late with their suitcases. There seems to be a bowling club behind the hotel - when booking, I recommend you ask for a room facing the city.

Stopped here overnight whilst driving back from a charitable trip to Ukraine. The location was amazing, Bautzen is a fairytale town. The hotel staff were friendly, funny and super helpful

Central location - Great staff. The rooms were really clean. Parking is right behind the hotel. The Hotel restaurant was really good!

No issues at all

Stayed in King suit with balcony absolutly amazing, very spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Right in the centre of Bautzen. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants. Dog friendly

Loved everything

Staff were great, size of the room was good as well.

They have a rule that housekeeping must be ordered by reception. Unfortunately this was missed to inform us when we checked in. Housekeeping did come to check on towels, but walked past dirty glasses and a full rubbish bin!Our mini bar was not restocked, therefore we had to bring our own drinks! We couldn’t get on to the promised free WiFi, which was sad, as we had no mobile reception and therefore were left without access to internet!Overall, this probably has been the worst hotel stay in my life and we have stayed in plenty of hotels!During the checkout we were given free parking and got the beer from the minibar for free! However, at no point did I see that parking wasn’t free! No problem, we would have paid it!We paid the room upfront before we checked in, but we’re told that I still have to pay a difference of some $30 for the stay! After explaining to the receptionist and showing her my confirmation email, which showed a different price they then let us go!The hotel is in a great location, but their new money saving procedure is not working, I hope they will learn from it!We won’t be back, as there are other great boutique hotels for less of the price available!

Good breakfast, private parking, localization.

Lack of air-conditioning is significant in hot days.

fast check in, service speak in english,

bar was close 22:30 despite the information that it is open until 23

Good location. Comfortable room. Friendly and efficient staff.
