Moments Boutique Hotel

The hotel design and room quality were exceptional. We stayed in a spacious 33m² room that was stylish, comfortable, and met all our expectations. The in-room sauna was a highlight—it was even pre-prepared for us with aromatic water. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee machine, sweets, and bathrobes. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the hotel was great at communicating with us regarding our specific room requests prior to arrival.

The breakfast was a major disappointment. For €22.50, we expected a 4-star experience, but it was served in a basic hall rather than the restaurant shown in photos, with a very limited cold selection and no hot buffet variety. Additionally, the room heating was difficult to control and could use a simple instruction manual. My partner noticed the towels had a chemical smell, as if they hadn't been dried properly. Finally, the service felt very formal and lacked warmth; we also found that the staff in training struggled significantly with English, which was unexpected for this category of hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in Moments. We were impressed by the meticulous quality of our hotel room. Bautzen is a beautiful town and well worth a visit.

The design of the huge hand basin which left no room for functionality. All rooms are different so may not be a problem for others.

Very good breakfast! Even they had champagne for the breakfast it was surprising but very nice.

I don’t know if it was a bad reputation regarding Poles, which honestly speaking we have, but the woman in reception insisted, nicely but strongly to pay before the gave me the key to the room. In Europe hotel/restaurants/hairdressers I’m paying after service not before.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Close to old town. Many restaurants, bistros around. Quiet place.

Worth every penny! Super clean and felt so comfortable staying here. Easy walk to the center of town. Nice stop to our way back home. Employee was very professional and polite.
