Large clean and comfortable room. Staff are friendly.

I liked the park around the hotel, by the river and very quiet. Breakfast was simple but with quality ingredient such as cheers and ham. Access is easy.

I arrived late at night and the access is a bit confusing with the restaurant near by.

O.K for a brief stopover...

The beds are not very comfortable, too hard. The rooms not well designed, awkward for my wife to put on makeup or for me to use the bathroom sink.What we love is the car park which feels safe well away from the main road. The location is great near the motorway and restaurants and tram. Breakfast is fine but overpriced. TV channels quite limited and internet weak signal.

Great stay. Close to the river so fab spot for a run. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Very quiet at night.

A nice hotel which is desperately trying to lift itself up into a boutique style property . Good breakfast, nice staff good bathrooms

This is not a boutique style hotel despite the reed air diffusers, definitely a three star and that’s it. The breakfast room was very small and not much room to manouvre, didn’t appreciate the extra charge for a cot when other hotels booked supply one at no extra charge

We always stay here on our return journey to Caliais EuroTunnel. Location is brilliant. Close to A71/A75. Our dog is welcome - which is ESSENTIAL for us. Beautiful gardens on the bank of the Loire. Everywhere has been renovated in recent years and the rooms and dining room are excellent. Good selection of food at breakfast.

Location was excellent for us en route. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Accepted dogs and made a stay with them very easy. Good grounds and walking areas for dogs.

Would have liked more variety to make coffee in room. Only 2 pods, no milk.

very convenient for autoroute traffic- easy to find and easy to get back on the autoroute. Good restaurant and spacious, comfortable rooms. The reception desk was manned by Deano who is excellent; courteous, friendly and very efficient. He is an extremely good ambassador for the hotel.

Tv. Didn’t work and difficult to fill coffee maker. No kettle and teabags or milk in the room.

The room was clean and a good welcome was received.

The hotel is in what could be beautiful gardens, which unfortunately were looking very unloved. Very tall trees surround the hotel, which, along with the colour on the bedroom walls, left the room feeling very gloomy.

Access to the breakfast room was down 2 steps which was doable but a challenge in the wheelchair. Staff provided a ramp although we managed without it. Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was ok but I think a good thorough clean of the dog friendly rooms would be great as ours smelt a bit doggie. Dog friendly rooms would benefit from being carpet free. Otherwise all ok.

The doggy smells which I guess are in the carpets.

Could be improved: - Signs to indicate hotel entrance from the street (confusing with next door restaurant entrance + parking)- More staff to support breakfast preparation and organization- Building could be refreshed

Quiet location with pleasant grounds beside the Loire.

All good for a stay or stop-over.

There were plenty of spiders, I had to remove a few from our room. I would kindly suggest the hotel to place mosquito screens on the windows, so that guests can open the windows if required.

Good location, quiet with easy access from the motorway. Nice rooms with nice fittings. Pleasant breakfast. A great bonus, after a long drive, is that there is a very nice restuarant (not related) at the end of the hotel’s 150m drive.

Would like a bigger bar. They have a small one but I’ve never seen it used and don’t like to ask! Would love a restuarant.…they can provide dinner but it is ready made and heated up and served in the breakfast room.

Clean and nice deco. Pet friendly and easy parking. Great location with access to a path running along the river, great for walks with dogs. Great value for money.
