The easy access and proximity to the motorway is handy. It is a real benefit to have a breakfast included in the price.

The rooms are small, minimalist and lack any features or benefits like a fridge or coffeemaker for travelers. There is coffeemaker in the lobby but that's really inconvenient. The beds were awfully hard and lacked any feel of comfortability. Not a 3-star!

Unfortunately the restaurant is only open Monday to Thursday so staying Saturday night we couldn’t get anything to eat.

Welcome from reception, in particular Lilly. Free drink brought to our room due to the hotel refurbishment not complete. Great location to motorway. Comfortable bed. Quiet room as requested. Good selection at breakfast.

Room booking that hotel had did NOT match the booking made thru booking.com - resolving this took some time.

Comfortable soft bed. Decent shower. Clean room. Ample breakfast options including muesli, boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit, cheese, baguette, jams. Loose leaf tea and coffee as well as fruit juices. Tea available in reception area was very welcome after a long drive. Easy access from the motorway and easy access to a petrol refill at Auchan and to the tram stop for an exploratory visit into the centre of town. A great stopover option on the way through France. Great parking. Friendly staff.

Towels were a bit hard and dated, but sufficed.

Location excellent by the motorway.Staff helpful suggesting where we might eat in the evening.Really good breakfast and we liked that it was included in the price when we booked.Nice to have a seating area by reception to hole up in for a while.

The property is in need of modernisation and decoration, because it is looking rundown and outdated.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. Onsite parking.

No tea/coffee in room. Kettle and supplies in reception area. Paper cups not strong enough to survive two floors with boiling water in them. No black tea available, no milk. Limited breakfast albeit plentiful. No bread suitable for toast even though there is a toaster there. Could not log into Amazon prime channels on TV, said no WiFi connection, checked WiFi, connection fine????

This hotel is very tired. It's decor, fixtures and fittings have had their best. The walls of the rooms are incredibly thin, consequently I had a terrible sleep being woken up by other guests early alarm clocks, inconsiderate volume, and general to and fro in the corridor. The bed was very soft.

Confirmation with evening door code was made to a wrong email (of my daughter). She received this not knowing why. Luckily she called us so we could enter. Don't know how wrong email got in system. My email is janbulcke.telenet.be

Bathroom has no spaces for toiletries. Shower is in bath with high stepover and which is slippery once bath is wet.

Whole hotel is very old and run down. However, it was clean and breakfast was go.
