Good location, friendly staff

A little run down, noisey neighbours above, very small room with no ceiling lights?

Close to the highway, easy access, free parking, and fast check in. When fast traveling from north to south, it is the convenient and efficient place to sleep. Rooms are small, bathrooms are tiny, materials are cheap, but space-efficiently designed and the heating functions well.

The neighborhood consists of dreary and noisy road infrastructure. The views through the small windows are ugly.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Essentials available. I liked the colourful paintings on the walls.

No liquid soap in the sink. We had to grab it from the shower cubicle. The tap was leaking under the sink when we used it so our toiletry bags, sired under the sink , were wet. Not enough lighting to do make up properly.

Very poor facilities ! No room or anything to hung clothes in the shower ! No soap etc ! A very bad experience as we've stayed at kyriad hotels previously

The hotel is probably catering for single men !

We were allocated a very small room bearing in mind we had a dog with us.

Right off the highway, very convenient for our trip from Holland to Cèzan. If you walk around a bit there's a cool bar which is also a wine/liquor shop. Also a burger king.

It was easy to find. Clean. Overall: good

Having no air conditioning we opened the window, sadly the motorway noise throughout the night was the only downside, if our room had been in the other side of the building I’m sure that wouldn’t have been a problem. I’ve stayed in most hotels in that location but I wouldn’t stay again for those reasons. Otherwise we were very happy with everything else!

No soap by the sink in the bathroom, only in the shower!

It was right next to the motorway and close to several cheap fuel stations (24hrs), so, location. The check in was automated, punch your details into the machine, out spits a card, enjoy your stay

Poor ventilation, but, not the end of the world. Ultimately, 60+ euros for a tiny room, 1/2 a bathroom and nothing else, seemed a bit like, very minimal and basic (like a 39e f1 motel), but, at the price point which was not great. Hotel next door, cheaper.

This hotel offers one advantage: it is located very very close to the highway exit, which can be useful for late arriving travelers not interested in the marvelous city next door. Oh, and the tram is closeby, that will bring you to the marvelous city next door, if you have the time.

Breakfast was chaotic as there are less breakfast seats than hotel guests occupants. No value for money. Not returning here, sorry.

I messaged in advance that I was disabled but the room they gave us had a bathroom that was not suitable for me

It was very comfortable to check in, they had an automatic machine to pay and get the mechanical room card, which makes it very flexible to access if you are doing a big travel by car like we did. The parking was free and they had a lot of space. In terms of the room, it had a good size for a one night stop, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The room didn't have air conditioning, but they did inform us about that so fair enough. The toilet, thought it was very clean and had what it needed, it felt like a portable one and maybe a bit too small.
