Room , Breakfast

I don't speak French and found instructions for using the TV confusing, so I didn't use the television at all. I would have liked news in English and maybe some light entertainment or music.

No time for breakfast - early flight to catch! Check out gentleman was helpful & a delight

Large room with good shower room, perfect for an overnight stopover on the on way to Cherbourg

Good hotel on the outskirts of Nantes. Close to a shopping centre and around 10 min away from the airport. The breakfast was good.

Great location for those who are going to Zenith. Good room. We've stayed at the executive one. Good breakfast, not much choice, but you'll have the basics that you need.

- One coffee machine isn't practical for the breakfast rush hour. You'll always have queues with no need. - After a certain hour, the hotel door will close and you'll have to call a phone number. Why not putting an automatic system using the bedroom keycard?- You have a big shower space, which is great, but the shower itself is so small...why not a simple rainshower?

Satisfied for the 1night stay the room was clean and the place is calme

Staff were excellent - one lady in particular spoke incredible English, we speak good french but she recognised immediately that we were English and switched to make it more comfortable for us. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

Excellent location for the Zenith! Also good for the large Commercial Centre.

Very disappointing for me that the car park was not secured at night. Also disappointing to learn that we were expected to telephone to gain access to the hotel after the performance.

Nice quiet location, secure parking, staff very helpful and friendly, room perfect!

The location was situated well, as it is a 10 minute walk to the Atlantis Shopping Centre from the hotel - and there is much to see and do if you love shopping! The breakfast was fabulous, with an array of pastries, fresh fruit and orange - all very moreish! The room was of a high standard, and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in, and we will definitely return to this Hotel!

I just loved my time there! Parfait! I will return for a longer stay and explore the City of Nante in greater detail!

Staff was pleasant, free parking, close to airport, fairly good breakfast, clean towels

room was an absolute ice box. temp will only go to 19C, although I don't think it even reached that temperature it was so cold. First room had a panel missing from the ceiling and streams of dried liquid running down the entire wall when first entering. hairs all over sheets and pillow case. Asked for a new room which seemed cleaner but still had hairs on bedding and different surfaces around the room. Breakfast was nice but not worth almost 14euros.

We went to a concert at Zenith so that was great. The staff was excellent, super friendly and I was surprised so many spoke English. I would understand if not, but it was helpful and they were so friendly otherwise.

Room was small, and bathroom door was off track at one point and almost fell.

Very close to the Zenith Nantes arena which was a very short walk away so very convenient for our needs. The hotel was very clean and excellent facilities . We arrived early but the receptionist managed to find us a room before the 2pm check-in time so we’ll done to her for this. We did not have breakfast at the hotel due to time restraints however it looked very good . All in all a very good visit and would definitely re-visit if the opportunity arises.
