ibis Nantes Saint Herblain

Hotel and staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.

The satnav directions do not direct you to the hotel. They direct you to a travellers site behind the hotel.

The decoration, the mattress, the staff and the breakfast

The location wasn't the best but still very conveniently for the shopping centre and not far from the airport

Good breakfast.

No one on reception when we arrived. Our room was not ready - bed for the kid was not prepared and also bedsheets were missing. We had to solve it with the staff and made the bed by ourselves.

All great, clean and very helpful staff.

Very short on breakfast offerings one morning. Seemed to take a while to restock.

Handy location near the ring road and shops. The design of the open plan reception and public areas.

The beef bourguignon was inedible! Lousy food at inflated prices!

Handy location close to the ring road and shops.

The beef bourguignon was all fat!

My room and too much of noise

No air in the room The window was very small

Room fantastic clean very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful

Restaurant was awful, not much choice and even the breakfast, the quoisants were raw

Close to airport and tram staff were lovely

No supermarket close by you had to get someone to let u in and out of hotel gate which was annoying they should have aplace on gate where you slide your key card when coming and leaving hotel so much easier for customers and staff

Efficient and welcoming check in. Room is fine for 3 persons. Comfortable and clean.

Perhaps provide cups for coffee.

Modernist areas such as restaurants, reception and great outdoor tables

The best was that I requested for a early check in at 8 AM and they remembered and promptly arranged the rooms we have booked early morning . This is a amazing gesture . We were almost at the end of our long vacation and this was heavenly to checkin early and take some rest . The staff was very polite and friendly . The rooms were comfortable and great . Location perfect and walking distance to the Male and shopping and a few restaurants .

All were good .

Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Location is excellent for the autoroute and easily to find. Room was spacious and staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. Highly recommend this property and will stay here on future trips through France. Lovely lounge to sit in during the evening and good cocktail bar.

Nothing, great hotel.

All facilities were great. Hotel in a very good location and breakfast provided a good variety.

Really nice breakfast, nice staff and a clean room

location to mall as well as new work office HQ

the gates shut around 9, I was stuck out in the rain waiting for someone to open the gate. would be useful to have a room card reader for the pedestrian access gate to allow pedestrian traffic after hours!

Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Helpful staff and really nice interior. We had 2 family suites next to each other, lovely rooms with comfy beds and facilities. We used this hotel as a 1 night stopover on our way to the south of france. It was perfect as a short stopover.

Nothing. Whole family loved the hotel
